Scottsdale Stays presents our "Kierland Fun House" - The least expensive 5 bedroom / 4 full bathroom available in this extremely coveted area. Nicely renovated and ready for guests wanting an amazing vacation. Enjoy the least expensive nightly accommodation costs available for larger groups with the peace of mind of booking with an actual company with 14 homes and full time client care staff incase anything needs maintenance during your stay.

This estate w/tropical yard is an entertainers dream, rivaling any resort! Covered patio offers outside dining, gas grill with refreshing pool, hot tub, billiards, putting green, bocce ball court, fire pit area and multiple patio loungers. Inside you will enjoy the fully renovated great room designed home with 65" TV and dinner seating for up 12, memory foam mattresses & TV's in bedroom and 4 full bathrooms. Minutes to a Fry's or Safeway and just minutes to the best dining and shopping area in Scottsdale called Desert Ridge, Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter where even condos cost millions, Ten minutes to major events like the Barrett Jackson or Phoenix Open and a quick 15 minute Uber to Old Town - Sky Harbor Airport.

Get a whole estate for a little more than a hotel room from the actual owner with service staff (not just a rental agency). Enjoy all the amazing resort amenities with complete privacy. All homes are extensively cleaned and sanitized between stays due to the current situation.

Primary booking guest is required to be over 25 with ID sent within 3 days of booking due to the caliber of the estate - neighborhood.

Absolutely No Parties with outside groups or individuals. City of Phoenix Ordinance G-5444, Chapter 2, Article 1, Division 5, Section 2-22 Police Responses to Loud Parties, Gatherings and Events. There is no "allowable" times during the day or night. If the party, gathering or event is considered a threat to the peace, health, safety and general welfare of the public, anytime during the night or day, the responsible party will be evicted immediately with no refund and security deposit will be forfeited.

All homes are extensively cleaned and sanitized between stays.

Guests will have access to the entire home. When you book your stay please let us know upfront how many guests are expected? The lowest nightly rate includes up to 8 guests. That means if you have friends, coworkers, or anyone else that is coming into the house, they are considered a guest. As an effort to keep our rate low, we price the base of the home low, and charge more for extra people. This is done specifically to keep our rates low. Please let us know. There is a $40/night fee for each additional guest (after 8 guests), for any guest over the age of 2.

How do damage deposits work?
