This luxury third floor condo #308 is bright and airy with its extra long Lanai! The Lanai (screened porch) overlooks the Gulf, Crescent/Siesta Key Beach and the Pool. This beautiful unit has been recently renovated. It has 2 separate private bedroom suites; each with their own bathroom, cable TV, ceiling fans, Gulf view and sliding doors to the Lanai.. The master has a king sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 new queen beds/furniture. This unit has quality leather living room furniture, sleeper sofa, love seat and chairs and tile throughout.. There are new sliders throughout as well as new Vertical blinds and shutters. There is a HDTV 60" Smart TV and VCR/DVD Entertainment Center in the family room and new flat screen TV's in each bedroom. We have updated the paint, light fixtures and shower heads and décor. There is a laundry room with a washer/dryer, ironing board/iron and a place to hang beach towels . The kitchen is stocked with essentials for your stay and has granite counter tops. There are 2 bar stools and a nice round Dining Table that seats 4. The bathrooms have granite counter tops and hair dryers available. Beach towels, bath towels and linens are provided. The pool and beach areas provide lawn chairs for your use. 2 week + rentals accepted. No Pets are allowed.

This is truly a great Vacation condo rental....with an awesome Tropical View....on beautiful Crescent/Siesta Key Beach!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Dave (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
