Get lost in the intoxicating relaxation of Siesta Key, in this luxurious private home. This tropical retreat is a single-family residence located at the end of a secluded dead end street in the opulent neighborhoods of northern Siesta Key. Surrounded by water on three sides, the views of the Inter-Coastal Waterway is visible from the comfort of the upstairs patio.

The owners purchased the home to be their tropical retreat in the summer of 2015. The owners became instantly enthralled with the homes large living spaces, open floor plan, and large wrap around sliding glass doors and windows. The home is beautifully appointed, with furnishings and fixtures from all around the world. This tropical retreat is a mid-century modern home designed after the the popular architectural styles made popular in Sarasota by the Sarasota School of Architecture during the 1960's. This style blends the beauty of the tropical outdoor space with the wide open floor plan of the home.

Surrounded by lush tropical gardens and trees, awake to sound of birds singing and an inspiring sunrise over Roberts Bay. Enjoy your time in the sun around the pool, walk to the local beach, or cool off in the comfort of the spacious living areas. The large whirlpool bathtub in the master en-suite bathroom brings a relaxing end to the day.

Enjoy the cheery characters of the Siesta Key Village, a quick two miles walk or bike ride away, or the energy of downtown Sarasota, a 10 minute drive. Fishing, boating, water sports, world class shopping and dining are all located minutes from you own private paradise.

“Wonderful and peaceful house!”

We loved this house and it was stocked with all the amenities that any renter will need for the beach. We especially loved the screened in porch and the cosy set-up of the house.

How do damage deposits work?
