Description
John Beech welcomes you to Beech Grove Apartment which is modern, superbly fitted and furnished to a high specification. The house above the apartment is occupied and Alan and Irene are very helpful, they know the area well and have lived in the area for a number of years.They are on site all summer to assist as necessary. The accommodation is situated near the beautiful fishing village of Sissi and the lively town of Malia. They both have many tavernas and supermarkets and Malia hosts local nightlife attracting younger people.
The apartment is in a rural setting which is wonderfully peaceful and restful. It is on the ground floor of a modern house which is occupied by an English couple all year. The use of a car is advisable as all facilities for shopping and tavernas are 6 km away from the apartment. The sea is also a similar distance away..
Bookings will be taken for a minimum of 1 week for this twin/double bed apartment. The prices quoted are for the apartment per week for 2 people.

“Great Holiday location in a relaxed rural setting”
The apartment is well equipped and has more clothes hanging/drawer space than any hotel we have stayed in. It formed an ideal base for touring the East of Crete which can only be done in a car at a gentle pace once you leave the main roads! The neighbors upstairs were friendly and helpful as to where to go and how to get there. We were so relaxed that our typical day started out at 11am - and we will be back for more. “Beech Grove Sissi”
A very comfortable apartment in a beautiful location. A car is required as the location is very off the beaten track. It does have easy access to the beach at Potarmos which is very well equipped and has fantastic views of the mountains behind. Sissi and Neapoli are great places to shop for groceries, both having bakeries and butchers and Neapoli has a superb supermarket. Milatos is a beautiful little village a few miles away with great restaurants in a quiet harbour location. Debbie and Duncan, who live up stairs, were wonderful hosts with lots of local knowledge and very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended holiday accommodation and location. The people of Crete are a breath of fresh air! Wonderful.

Response from the owner Sorry you were disturbed. I know they can be noisy and I have spoken to the neighbour but this is the first complaint I have had, and there is little I can do to improve the matter. They are noisier at some times more than others and \I regret you were disturbed.
