Description
The seaside villa Moments waits for your summer holidays in a picturesque Cretan village named Mochlos. Far from the crowd, you can relax and enjoy precious moments with your own people. The house is located just 5 meters from a beautiful beach and 100 meters from the village center which has many bars and restaurants with traditional dishes. The area has many bays where one can swim, but the central and largest beach is in the center of the village of Mochlos.
The house is new, stone built and has the Mediterranean colors of white and blue. At the entrance there is furniture outside where you can relax overlooking the sea. First you meet the living room and the dining table and the kitchen, which is fully equipped. The interior decoration is simple and maintains the same pattern of colors as the exterior. The home accommodates up to 5 people in its 3 bedrooms. It has a central double bedroom on the first floor with a furnished balcony facing the front house facade. Next to it there is a bedroom with two bunk beds. These rooms share a spacious shared bathroom with brown tiles. In the basement there is another bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom still. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the basement. On the rooftop of the house there is a roof garden with a day bed and a seating area with sea view and the island of Agios Nikolaos.
The house also provides a parking lot and a safe.
