A beautiful very large condo completely renovated. The condo is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, AC, WIFI, private parking, private pool and elevator. At the condo everything you need is available and included in the price (towels, bedding, bath-towels, dishes, kitchen utensils, beach chairs, beach umbrella ...).

Free Parking space for one car is included with the rental.

Free American and Quebec television.

Free high speed WIFI internet at the condo and at the pool.

Telephone ( Free long distance call Canada and US ).

A open area living room, dining room and kitchen.

One bedroom with king bed and 1 sofa bed in the living room.

No need to have a car, the coondo is located less than 300 meters from the beach and within walking distance to all services (bank, pharmacy, grocery, store, restaurant, playground for children, etc.)

Un magnifique très grand condo entièrement rénové. Sur place, un accueil en anglais, en français ou en espagnol et nous serons disponible pour vous servir pendant tout la durée de votre séjour. Le condo est très bien équipé avec four, four à micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, climatisation, WIFI, parking privé, piscine privée et ascenseur. Dans le condo, tout ce dont vous avez besoin est disponible et inclus dans le prix (serviettes, literie, serviettes de bain, vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine, chaises de plage, parasol ...).

Un parking gratuit pour une voiture est inclus dans la location.

On site, a welcome in English, French or Spanish and we will be available to serve you throughout your stay. To better serve you, we offer transportation to and from Airport for a fee of $50 (FLL) and $60 (MIA) each way. Possibility to rent a bike. We also have a rental of high chair, park, stroller, baby car seat for baby and child. Check-in after 3:00 pm and prior 9:00 pm. A fee will apply after 9:00 pm arrivals. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jacques (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
