Sutri in 45 minutes from Rome and 25 minutes from Viterbo, you rent apartment with double bedroom and twin bedroom on the ground floor of a detached house, suitable for 3-4 persons with disabilities, consisting of: a large living room that we find with convenient access, features a large fireplace and pellet stove the kitchen is open plan, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, the bedroom is comfortable, has a closet doors and 4 is very bright, the room/studio has 2 single beds and a wardrobe, bathroom with shower. During the summer months guests can enjoy an outdoor swimming pool and a manicured garden, the apartment has a comfortable parking place. Guests will have the opportunity to freely use the apartment for breakfast will find you need available to them.

TLA area where is located the apartment is located in one of the residential centres of Sutri built villas, within the Centre include surcharge, soccer tennis, bar, restaurant. The apartment is from the town centre, 10 minute walk, 3 minutes by car. Within the village are a central square equipped with bar, restaurants, pharmacy, several centres of worship, while in the City Centre include: supermarkets and clothing stores. .
