Perfect for a group to stay near most desirable area of Taipei! This warm suite contains 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom ,can accommodate up to 6 people (all double beds in each room). It's sure to please a family or a group of friends.
The apartment is in a great location. It's less than one minute from Ximen station and all its wonderful attractions
2000sq. ft 1 sq meters, 4 bedroom total 2 full bathrooms. Kitchen with western amenities, newly furnished

You can also count on having a host that is ready to respond to text and phone communication, hospitality is definitely our strong points and it is my passion. You should also expect to find an immaculate place with microwave, tea kettle, dish washing liquid, garbage bags. The bathroom will be stocked with toilet tissue and sufficient towels. The beds will be made with quality linens at all times.
Ximen City living is located at the heart of Taipei, short walking distance from Ximen MRT, famous Ximen District, and easy reach to most of Taipei landmarks and shopping, located in Wanhua District. This area is frequented by tourist who want a local experience in a modern building. There's a Carrefour within walking distance

Refrigerator, microwave, basic cooking is permitted in the apartment, if you're staying for an extended period of time you'll need to make meals especially with children and elderly, the kitchen is free to use, we don't expect or want you to make large meals if you're staying for a short period to keep the place nice for future guests.

Enter the exact amount of guest who'll be staying. No other guests are allowed, if other guests are reported to us by the security your deposit will be forfeited, you'll be asked to leave and you'll be reported to the site, we really want to keep the integrity of the apt and respect neighbors. Elderly and families with small children also live here, if your group is loud and need more freedoms this might not be a good fit.
No clean-up service during your stay, but the service can be requested with extra charge. Some cleaning supplies will be provided.
NOTE: This is a 1.7 million USD apt our well to do neighbors want accountability for what we do, please don't ask for more than 6 people, we realize we could fit 7+ people in this massive apartment. We're looking for people looking to live comfortably that fits with our upscale community, it's not suited for 8+ people looking to save money by packing people in, sneaking in extra guests, partying, or having outside visitors. Neighbors will complain about this and your stay will not be as expected.
