“1 week of relaxation in paradise” I stayed in Mountain Breeze Villa during a week in December with my mother, my brother and his family. Great place to spend time with your family in a cozy but at the same time luxury villa situated in a magical landscape. The scenery around the villa offers you a big variety- beautiful mountians, close to natural beaches and just a short ride from the amazing marine national park Khao Sam Roi Yot. The villa it self makes you feel like home with a well equipped kitchen, two big bed rooms,a luxury bathroom and even an outdoor pool and shower to enjoy the evening with a glass of wine veiwing the mountians. Service like supermarket, pharmacy, bars and resutaurants are nearby. I could highly recommend to stay in Mountain Breeze villa if you want to explore Thailand at its best.

“Location, comfort and good people...” Three of my friends and I stayed at the Haadrin Seaview Villa during the first week of Feb. In the process of selecting this particular Villa I reviewed a number of other options but kept on coming back to this as one of the best from a location vs value for money proposition. Andy and Yuko were very responsive both via email and text messages initially thus the booking of the accommodation was a breeze. One has a tendency to make certain assumptions via photos prior to actually seeing a property and in this case the Villa exceeded my expectations. It has three equally sized bedrooms in the upper lounge area that is open plan with the kitchen. This in turn opens up onto a large deck that faces South so gets the sun all day. There is plenty of seating and a hammock so 90% of the time at the Villa was spent in this space. The upstairs bathroom was also in excellent condition (hot water). Downstairs there is a Jacuzzi that comfortably sits two (three at a push). We mainly used this as a plunge pool to cool down - great feature to have. There is also a secondary bathroom downstairs that comes equipped with a washing machine. So bottom line is the Villa itself is fantastic. The other major attraction are the owners. Both andy and Yuko are very friendly and are available at all times to help out if needed. Location is also critical. The house is 5 min by scooter to Haad Rin (fortunately far enough away from the crowds) and 2 min to a 7/11 that has an aTM. There is also a scooter hire place directly across the road. Of course nothing is perfect so it is important to note that the house is high up on the hill over looking Samui. The walk from the main Haad Rin road to the house is up a number of steps. Once you have a scooter you can get 2/3rds of the way up the hill but there is still about a 30 second walk up hill so if you have any mobility issues this place may not be for you. Overall a great week was had. Fully recommend. You won't be disappointed.

“Great place with everything you need for a getaway” Beautiful villa with everything you need for a getaway. Kitchen, BBQ pit, Private swimming pool. Rooms are clean and living room is nicely furnished as well. The only downside will be the location as it is situated in a less popular area. But nonetheless, you have a supermarket nearby for you to shop for your BBQ food. And of course, the amount of mosquitos we had to deal with. But this is more of the country rather than the villa itself.

“Extreme luxury with sparkling pool and tranquil golf course view” When we arrived at the property we were blown away by the "wow" factor. The house is a huge, gracious mansion with quality fixtures and furniture. The house was immaculately clean and the large swimming pool overlooking the golf course was sparkling clean. The description of the property on the web site, while impressive, was not as impressive as the property itself. The cleaning staff were very efficient and we were pleasantly surprised to find any dirty washing left on the floor was whisked away, washed and ironed and returned for a very modest fee. Great value. While this property is a little way out of Hua Hin city, the peace and tranquility and the outlook over Palm Hills Golf Course more than compensated for the 10 minute journey into town. Our group was 6 male golfers between 50-60 years of age with our own bus and driver (who was accommodated in the staff quarters). We each had our own bedroom and ensuite. Highly recommended for golf groups like ours. Even better value for couples as the property could accommodate 6 couples comfortably. Overall I would rate this property 5 star and highly recommend it.

“Favourite Stay of the Year” I stayed with 4 friends last year while we were visiting Phuket for tennis competition. It was our favourite stay for the whole year. The villa is amazing! We really couldn't believe how cheap it was to stay there for such a beautiful villa. The owners are very nice people and were both always on hand to help throughout our stay. I highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed.

“A stunning location where all our needs were met” We had a wonderful stay in this very comfortable, well furnished apartment with a newly refurbished kitchen. There was plenty of storage space, a comfortable lounge and a lovely balcony overlooking the beach. The apartment is in a quiet location right next to the beach. We spent time relaxing in the beautiful, clean swimming pool complete with loungers and umbrellas. We also enjoyed strolling along the quiet beach, watching local fisherman, enjoying a massage right next to the sea and eating in one of the beachside restaurants. We also visited Hua Hin and particularly enjoyed the night market and the street food. We also played golf at one of the local courses. The staff in the apartment complex are very friendly and welcoming. There is also a very resonably priced seafood restaurant on the edge of the complex. We will definitely be returning.

“Beach Paradise” "Piman Pu" is a beach paradise - a grand timber villa in Thai style with extensive tropical gardens and beautiful sea and mountain views. It is a secluded place to relax, be with friends, and enjoy island hospitality. The swimming at high tide is great or at any tide at Coconut Beach about 500 metres from the rear of the property. I've stayed more than once, and look forward to further visits. Highly recommended!

“The loveliest piece of paradise on the island” We stayed in this enchanted castle( only way to describe this fantastic place) in the summer for a week. The place itself was amazing set amongst fruit trees and jungle and overlooking the marine park. Our two kids thought they had died and gone to heaven with the affinity pool and spent almost every minute they possibly could jumping in and out. The house was so beautifully decorated and stylish with absolutely everything you need and more. Every morning we sat outside on the patio for breakfast and watched the brightly coloured birds and butterflies, it was great to be on top of the hill because we always got a fresh breeze up there too. Plus the added bonus of iews across the marine park. The bedrooms were again beautifully decorated and with our own bathrooms. We just fell in love with the place. One day we decided to walk up the hill to the house for a good walk and even saw a tiny monkey. I can't say enough great things about the house and the family that own it. We stayed when Eva and her family were there and we had a great time with her and the kids. They really went out of their way to ensure we had a great time and all the kids had loads of fun together in the pool. All in all we couldn't have asked for a better beginning to our holiday. There is so much to explore around the island that you can never get bored, the nature is fantastic and for children it's an adventure paradise. The kids are still telling everyone at school about the great holiday they had and their new friends at the Enchanted Hills, they obviously focus on swimming pool games and film nights and the local markets where we discovered the most fantastic places o eat on the beach. We can never thank Eva and the kids enough for the hospitality they gave us, we always remember with big smiles on our faces the Enchanted Hills. If you ever get chance to visit Thailand make this house your first port of call.

“A wonderful week of relaxation.” From the time of being picked up at the airport to the time of leaving we had a super time at Cliffside Lagoon. Tom and Som did everything possible to ensure we enjoyed every aspect of our holiday. We were two families (4 adults, 4 children between ages of 10 and 6) and the villa suited all of our needs. Really comfortable, all amenities available and extremely well looked after. Transport is provided to the beaches/towns daily - long beach was our favourite - hardly anyone else on the beach and we took the small bar-b-q from the villa which was wonderful. Easy to organise boat trips to the islands from ao Nang. Or just enjoy the wonderful garden and pool at Cliffside - as well as the zip line! Thoroughly recommend this villa to families or anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of Krabi, without the noise!

“Paradise Found” This was our first trip to Thailand & after 3 nights in Bangkok we were looking forward to our stay in Koh Samui, from the moment we arrived at the lovely picturesque airport we new it was going to be special. We have done the package holidays many times before so this was a first, staying in a self catering villa. We couldn't of asked/picked a better place to stay.The villa was like brand new, inside & out, it was just as the photos showed on the website. Great size of rooms, lovely relaxing living/dining area, with all the mod-cons Satellite TV,DVD, WiFi, I-Pod docking station for listening to your music poolside with the outside speaker system, fantastic covered chill-out seating area poolside with mini fridge sink & hob. Walking distance to Big Buddha & Wat Plai Laem, convenience stores within 3 minutes walking distance, the lovely Choeng Mon beach only 3 minutes by car & plenty of local tasty restaurants there too. All in all a brilliant vacation & great memories to cherish. Hope to return again in the not too distant future & without doubt we will be staying here again in this villa.
