Mas San Julian is a former winery located just outside the small market town of Thuir and set amongst vineyards, apricot and peach orchards. We are lucky enough to be situated in a quiet, peaceful area which is close to a variety of stunning sites, thriving towns and beautiful, sandy beaches on the Cote Vermeille.The accommodation is luxuriously appointed with three large bedrooms, shower room and bathroom, three terraces and fully equipped and fitted kitchen. Set in grounds of 2.5 acres with a huge 15 x 7.5 m heated swimming pool, indoor and outdoor play areas, this location is a perfect holiday destination for families of all ages.

Grenache is situated overlooking the grounds and swimming pool of Mas San Julian and benefits from views of the Pyrenees and Mount Canigou. The furnished terrace with Barbecue leads into the luxuriously furnished lounge area with leather suite and oak coffee table, dining area with oak table and chairs and American style fully equipped kitchen. The first floor accommodation offers a shower room, double bedroom with terrace and twin bedroom. The second floor mini-suite consists of a large double bedroom with double and single bed terrace and bathroom.

One of the most wonderful things about Mas San Julian is the acres of beautiful parkland that are perfect for children. Our location, affords us a peaceful and secure environment and to many of our guests the open space offers a fantastic opportunity for adults and children alike to play games, swim and generally enjoy the outdoor lifestyle that is so much a part of this region of France.The large, heated swimming pool at Mas San Julian is situated directly opposite the lodges and is surrounded by trees, shrubs and plants. The pool area can only be entered through gates that are locked to ensure child safety and to comply with French laws.The pool is encircled by a pleasant sun terrace that is large enough to accommodate all guests without over-crowding. The shallow end can be entered by steps and the temperature is regulated for the comfort of babies and young children. At the shallow end of the pool is a gazebo for those who wish to sit in the shade whilst remaining by the pool to keep an eye on their children.
