Description
Nestled in the native tropical jungle on a very private lot just north of Playa Majahua and Troncones on a 1 acre lot. This 5,000 sqft. custom home was designed and built by internationally renowned architect Enrique Zozaya. In order to maintain absolute privacy, the property is set back from the beach, with only native jungle and a private walking path in between. Since all beaches are public in Mexico, anyone walking on the beach can see right into other people's oceanfront properties.
Our spectacular views are from the completely open second story (home is three stories high with all travertine marble floors). This is where you will find our vanishing edge infinity pool in the living room! Our huge comfortable kitchen with island and granite countertops, hand-made large dining table, built -in couch and hammocks with open terrace complete the second story. The top story is the incredibly private master suite with white marble flooring, private balcony and oceanview rain shower. Downstairs are two extra-large guest bedrooms: one has a king and queen on the main floor and a double bed and twin in the loft and the other has a king and queen on the main floor and a double and two twins in the loft. Both have table and chairs, private bathrooms and marble countertops. The guest rooms open onto an enormous covered patio. All three rooms are air-conditioned.
Daily maid service and fresh breakfasts are included from our full-time caretaker Reyna. She spent years cooking and cleaning for one of the premier top-end hotels in Troncones before taking over at Casa Princesa Del Mar. She truly is the BEST COOK IN TOWN! You will never want to leave the table when she makes lobster, chile rellenos, fresh tortillas, fresh salsa, beans, rice, and many more local favorites! She is skilled at cooking vegan and gluten free foods as well
Reyna's husband is a local boat captain and can take you out fishing, surfing, snorkeling, whale and sea turtle watching!
Fishing, surfing, swimming, snorkeling and fresh local cuisine - everything you could want is also right within walking distance from this private luxury retreat, especially our nearly deserted sandy beach!
