Elegant 2,600+ sq. ft. home located on lower Northwoods Boulevard, the most heavily plowed road in Tahoe Donner, which you'll appreciate on those snowy days! Our home features antique, recycled wood floors and a beautiful, custom kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Granite and slate are featured throughout the house which has a huge laundry room, downstairs and upstairs bathrooms, and a double see-through gas fireplace downstairs. A new feature is the 65-inch HD, 3-D flatscreen TV featuring Direct TV. At our home you will find everything tucked into a relaxing, warm environment to make you feel right at home! Down comforters on all the beds should help you snuggle in for the night. The Master Bathroom has a large, jetted tub encased in slate, a convenient walk-in closet, dual sinks and custom travertine shower. The office/den area has wi-fi, flat screen TV and fireplace. In the dry winter time a unique feature is the built-in whole house humidifier which will help keep you from drying out in the mountain air.

The bunk room is perfect for kids and features two twin-over full bunk beds. The woods behind the house are great for exploring and sledding! The three-car garage offers lots of storage and allows for an easy, snow-free entrance to the house during storms. Just minutes to Historic Downtown Truckee, market and restaurants. Five minutes to Donner Lake and Tahoe Donner Ski Area. Only 15-20 minutes to Squaw, Northstar, Alpine Meadows and Sugar Bowl ski areas. About a 5-minute drive takes you to the Tahoe Donner Alpine Ski Hill or the Tahoe Donner X-country ski area Just a one minute drive to the Tahoe Donner snow play area and Trout Creek Rec. Center!

Rental includes guest passes for up to eight people to access private Tahoe Donner amenities. (Day use fees are additional and usually $8 per person- children 6 and under are free).The Trout Creek Recreation Center has a fully equipped work-out facility, a year-round pool, daily classes including yoga and Zumba, hot tubs and sauna, recreation events and day camps. Seasonal amenities include the Tahoe Donner Ski Area, X-Country Ski Center, private beach at Donner Lake, golf, tennis, hiking/biking trails, equestrian center, and more!

In late spring, summer and autumn the seasonal amenities are open - specifically this includes the golf course, driving range, tennis courts, equestrian center, swimming pools, archery, and more. Your guests passes also allow access to the Donner Lake Private Beach and Marina with all its water activities for terrific family fun!
