This beautiful home in Prosser Lakeview Estates has an ideal layout to be your perfect mountain getaway. The home strikes the perfect balance between updated and modern, and cozy and rustic!! Prosser Lakeview is a local's favorite for good reason. The house is extensively furnished with everything you should need to enjoy your stay, including convenient extras like: beach chairs, cooler, kids life vests, float toys, etc. It is such an amazing home, you will love it and not want to leave!

The Prosser Lakeview Estates area is a "hidden gem" in the Truckee/Tahoe area. It is a local's favorite for good reason! It is conveniently located very close to "Old Town" Truckee with easy access to Highway 80 and all nearby ski resorts (North Star, Squaw Valley, Alpine, Sugar Bowl, Boreal, etc) The neighborhood backs to National Forest Land, including 3 nearby navigable reservoirs, providing endless opportunities for outdoor recreation year round.

The Truckee Community Recreation Center is right down the street. The following is copied from the Community Recreation Center website: The Community Recreation Center opened it’s doors on December 5, 2009. This 40,000+ square foot facility contains a 18,000 square foot double court gymnasium, an indoor running track with fitness equipment, meeting rooms, kitchen, after school and preschool classrooms, 29 foot climbing wall and bouldering wall, as well as the new home for our District Office at (phone number hidden).

Additionally, a new extensive aquatics center is under construction at the site!!

Our home is bright and sunny, with lots of windows and skylights. It is over 2200 sqft with a very open floor plan. There a is large, comfortable, and open great room. There is also a loft which offers another very usable, open space. The loft is set up as a great kids entertainment area. There is a TV, futon, foosball table, board games, etc up there. There is also a ping pong table in the garage. The loft also serves as an overflow sleeping area. There is a twin over full bunk bed and a futon that can be slept on in the loft.

The Master Bedroom is very large with a large bathroom. The Master Bedroom has a comfortable California King bed.

The two guest rooms are both very accommodating . One guest room has a very comfortable Queen bed, and the other guest room has a twin over full bunk bed, with two very comfortable mattresses.

The house is very family/child friendly. We have young children ourselves and there are many kid friendly extras (toys, high chairs, pack and play, life vests, float toys, etc).

If your stay is during the winter months, when there is a possibility of snow and ice on the roadways, a vehicle with 4x4 or chains and good tires is highly recommended. This would be a standard recommendation to anyone traveling in the Truckee/Tahoe region in the winter. All roadways to access our home are efficiently plowed. The public roads are plowed by the county, and our driveway is plowed by a private service. Our

driveway has a moderate slope up from the road which should not be a problem if you are properly prepared. Do not underestimate the potential Winter road conditions in the Tahoe area!
