Two pets welcome at additional cost of £40 per pet per weekPhoenix Cottage is a delightful barn conversion with accommodation all on one level, situated within 8 acres of private grounds close to the city of Truro. The property sleeps two adults and has one double bedroom and one bathroom. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Enclosed deck for alfresco dining. Within a countryside setting and yet close to vibrancy of Truro, Phoenix Cottage is an excellent choice for couples.

Amenities: Central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. 2 x TV's. DVD, WiFi, DAB radio. Hot Tub. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen, towels bathrobes, and hairdryer inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for one car. Garden seating on enclosed deck, plus private garden 20 seconds walk away. Babies welcome, sorry, no children over 2 years. Two well-behaved pets welcome at an additional cost of £40, per pet, per week. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants, 3 miles. Beach 5 miles.
