Description

We offer fully furnished apartments at Tanan Center located just 0.6 km east of Chinggis Khan square. The apartments are located on the 5th and 6th floor and comprises of 1-2 bedrooms with size ranging from 40-95 square meters.

- Tanan Center was commissioned in 2012 and part of the building was initially built and designed as serviced apartments specifically for foreigners and expats who are living away from home.

- Rent term is quite flexible with a minimum of 1 month leasing period which can be further extended.

- Apartments are well furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, a walk-in closet and other amenities such as a safety box, ironing board, washing machine etc. (N.B. washing machines are not provided for smaller apartments, but separate laundry room is available as an option)

- Cleaning services, as well as bed sheets and towels' change are provided free of charge once a week.

- Security guards are on duty 24/7 and the building is also equipped with security cameras.

- Tenants can shop and dine at “Cherry” supermarket and “Milaya Moya” restaurant, conveniently located on the first floor of the building. Indoor garage is also available on the basement floor for an additional fee.

- We, the property management company, have our own office at the Tanan Center making it easily accessible for tenants who might need to contact us for any reason. We provide timely services and do our best to meet the needs of our tenants.

How do damage deposits work?

If Anu Narankhuu & (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
