Description
This three bedroom villa with private pool, is located in the centre of the popular resort of Vale do Lobo, on the 15th Fairway of Vale do Lobo´s Royal Golf course with superb uninterrupted views of the sea and golf course . The Praca, with its choice of restaurants and bars is just a short walk away and championship golf courses, tennis and horse riding are all available nearby.
The property is built over two levels, has a safe and enjoys the benefit of having air conditioning throughout (included in rental rates) and under floor heating in bathrooms and bedrooms (supplement required). Wireless fibre internet is also available.
The ground floor accommodation:
The spacious lounge/dining area is furnished with 3 comfortable sofas around a wood burning fireplace. There is a large flat screen TV with a wide range of channels including Sky Sports, BBC and ITV, there is also a DVD player. The dining table has seating for 6 people. Large patio doors slide open to the covered terrace and pool area with fabulous views over the golf course down to the Ocean.
Leading off from the lounge diner, the modern kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer and electric oven & hob.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. Both rooms are twin rooms and share a bathroom located between them.
First floor accommodation:
The whole first floor is devoted to the spacious master bedroom with en-suite shower room. The room is furnished with twin beds. Patio doors open out to large private terrace where you can sit and enjoy fabulous views out across the golf course to the Ocean beyond.
Outside area:
The partly covered terrace provides some shade over the outdoor dining table. Sun loungers are provided around the kidney shaped pool measuring approximately 6.5m x 4m, there is a brick built Barbeque provided for your use.

“Lovely family villa with exceptional views and quality amenities”
Lovely family villa located on the 15th hole of the Royal Golf course within easy walking distance of the Praca and the beach, the views looking down the 15th fairway to the ocean are exceptional. All family members were genuinely surprised by the range and quality of amenities that the villa offered, plus we all appreciated the pool towels and small parasols that were provided for our use. The villa has plenty of sunbathing spaces to use on both the lower and upper terraces, it was particulary nice having our breakfast in the morning sun on the upper terrace area, all in all this is a quality villa in an easy to access location that has enough space and amenities to accommodate a large family

“Great location overlooking 15th tee and fairway and easy walking distance of beach and Praca.”
The villa has all the basic requirements for a comfortable stay. Limited outside space. Would recommend hiring a car as best supermarket, Apolonia, is in Armancil.
