Three bedroom villa with private pool, ideal for casual and relaxing moments with family and friends. Located in a very peaceful area of Vale do Lobo, near the Tennis Academy and the best golf courses, surrounded by a natural landscape and only a few minutes from the beach and the Praça. Our guests can enjoy all the marvellous and natural surrounding areas

The villa has two floors. The lower floor has an ample living area with fireplace, individual air conditioning and TV including ENGLISH, IRISH, GERMAN, DUTCH, SPANISH, FRENCH, etc., BBC, iTV, CHANNEL 4, SKY SPORTS, BT SPORTS and much more. Free Wi-Fi internet available in all the areas and outside. WC and dining room near the fully equipped kitchen (Including Fridge freezer, washing machine, dish washer, and microwave).

The living area opens out onto an exterior patio which is adjacent to the private pool area. This area is also equipped with barbecue and is ideal for outside meals given the extremely pleasant temperatures in the Algarve virtually all year round.

The upper floor has three bedrooms. The master suite has a King size bed, a built-in spacious wardrobe, individual air conditioning, a private bathroom and direct access to a pateo. The two twin bedrooms have two single beds each, a built-in spacious wardrobe, individual air conditioning and a shared full bathroom with bath.

Private parking and maid service is included.

Villa Flamingo is ideal for families or groups wanting to get away from the long, dark cold winters in the UK and spend time relaxing by the pool or on the beach and are also ideally suited for groups wanting to get away and play golf on some of the best golf courses in Europe. The temperatures and longer days in the Algarve are ideal for golfers and within a mere 30 minute drive of the villa there are some 20 championship quality golf courses available to play.

Even in January the Algarve boasts an average temperature of 15º C with around 6 hours of sunshine. This temperature then rises to around 18 º C in March and 20 to 22 º C in April and May, with some 10 hours of sunshine.

The wonderful climate, the delicious food, the fabulous coastline, the hospitable nature of the Portuguese and the excellent golf courses make it the perfect destination for a winter break.
