Description
We offer a comfortable, tasty and simple accommodation. You will be staying in the first floor of our villa. The house is placed on top of a hill, from your windows you can enjoy the Lepini mountains on the east, the mount Artemisio on the north, the Circeo promontory on the south and vineyards and olive groves all around you.
This area is still very authentic and “off the beaten track”, Rome is only 40 km on the train, so you can spend a day visiting and come back to enjoy a dip on the pool and an authentic (only vegan/vegetarian) regional dinner that I would be happy to cook for you.
Guests are free to use the garden, which offers plenty of shady spots, sun-loungers and a swimming pool OPEN FROM 15 MAY TO 15 SEPTEMBER. There are also ping pong table and a table football.
In the high season (15 June-31 August) WE ONLY RENT FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.
We love animals, you can bring your pet.

We offer a variety of comfortable and tastefully furnished accommodation including a matrimonial room with en-suite bathroom, matrimonial/double/triple rooms with en-suite bathroom.
You can rent the whole upper floor of the villa which gives the possibility to sleep 8 people (more or less depending on the sleeping arrangements). Extra beds or cots can be added to rooms for children.
If you are a small party (up to three people) you have the choice of renting only half of the apartment, (at half of the price quoted) which consists of one matrimonial bedroom with en-suite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room and balcony (Except during peak season - 1st June-15 September). During the low season you can also rent for less than 1 week, minimum 2 nights with breakfast upon request.

Guests are free to use the garden, which offers plenty of shady spots, sun-loungers and a swimming pool. There are also a ping pong table, a trampline and a table football.

“Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à tous points de vues.”
Chez RAZ est situé dans un bel écrin de verdure. C'est un endroit paisible, bien entretenu, simple et très confortable à la fois, qui invite à la détente. Le supermarché le plus proche se situe à moins de 10 mn en voiture. Paola est parfaite, très accueillante et discrète, elle se rend disponible pour échanger avec ses invités et les guider, s'ils le souhaitent. Par ailleurs elle parle plusieurs langues. Nous sommes venu en couple avec un enfant de 6 ans et un ado de 16 ans. Nous avons tous apprécié nos vacances chez Raz. L'appartement dispose du WIFI. Une piscine et des jeux (trampoline, baby-foot, tennis de table) sont à disposition.

“Friendly + helpful hosts, terrific area and very relaxing”
We loved our stay with Paola and her family. The appartment is very comfortable and you have a large orchard/garden to roam in. We had our breakfast beneath a canopy of grape vines every morning and used the pool every afternoon. The view of the mountains and the town of Velletri is beautiful almost always, but particularly early in the morning and at night when you wee the lights twinkling. I really enjoyed the very relaxed atmosphere and Paula's helpfulness. She offered tomotoes from her garden, which we used along with herbs from the garden to make spectacular sauce for our fresh pasta, bought in the nearby store. You can get almost anything at this store very cheaply. I didn't think I'd want to cook on my vacation, but we ended up cooking most of our meals, since it was so inexpensive to shop for wonderful produce, cheese and even meat in the area. It is so convenient to have Velletri around the corner with its cafe's, shops and very nice parks. We visited Rome by train and I am so glad that we didn't try to drive. The train was a lot of fun and you got to see the country side too. There are so many small, wonderful towns/villages to discover in the area.

“Chez Raz - Bobby Razler”
Just enjoyed fantastic week Chez Raz. Very friendly owners, very relaxing week,and the best Italian food. Handy location for trips into Rome (less than 1 hour away), 20 km to beaches, 20 mins to lakes or lovely pool at the house for refreshing dips. Table tennis/tablefootball, plus collection of animals on site - bella and nutella the donkeys, chicho the hedgehog, Snoopy and Puppy the dogs.
