Il villino il " Leccio" è il piano terra di un grande immobile.
La casa è un trilocale ideale per una coppia, una famiglia di 4 componenti, una famiglia di 6 componenti o un gruppo di amici ; è composta da :
-soggiorno con angolo cottura, dotato di due poltrone letto con tv
-camera matrimoniale climatizzata
-seconda camera da letto climatizzata con 2 letti singoli che possono anche trasformarsi in letto matrimoniale
-bagno completo
-esterni : 3 grandi terrazzi, un portico ed un grande giardino.
La casa è dotata di stoviglieria completa, doccia esterna calda con grande cipolla, barbecue in muratura, lettini prendisole e comode poltrone.
Gli ospiti possono rilassarsi in giardino su delle comode poltrone o prendere il sole sul panoramico terrazzo. I clienti avranno il piacere di trascorrere una vacanza in un ambiente tranquillo e riservato percependo i profumi della macchia mediterranea e godendo della vista del mare cristallino e della campagna ventotenese.
L' appartamento dista dalla piazza centrale e dalla spiaggia principale 10 minuti circa a piedi.
