Description

"La Vigna del Parroco" (The Priest's Wineyard) is a holiday house that offers two recently renovated apartments located on the first floor of the two-storied house, of which here is apartment Blue. A swimming -pool with waterfall is available in a non- exclusive use.Close to the House there is a vineyard with Nebbiolo grapes

Apartment Blue consists of a living room with 2 sofa and Sat-TV, a wide kitchen fully equipped (kitchen cloths, tableware, pottery, fridge, electric oven) Wi fi connession is free available.

The sleeping area is composed by a Queen bed room served by a bathroom equipped with shower and hairdryer. A second small
room with a double bed is available. If required a fifth sleeping place is possible. Air conditioning is available

This apartment enjoys a 180° view on the Langhe, from its non exclusive terrace and is also endowed with a sunny courtyard.

Response from the owner the damages have been caused by the negligence of the guests .They have leaved the two apatments many times without to close the doors and windows and without to close the two beach umbrella on the terrace. The day before their departure there was a storm with strong wind destroing one umbrella and one windowglass. The management of the two rented apartment from the guest has been very irresponsible. These guests are unfit to rent holidaysapartment. It is better for them and for the owners if they wiil go in the hotels
