Description
The apartment is a penthouse independent, very bright.
It is located in the heart of Verona, a few minutes walk from the Arena (Piazza Bra), the main shopping streets (Via Mazzini and Via Cappello) and the railway station.
Perfectly connected to all parts of the city is also ideal during fairs or special events. A few meters it is the stop for all buses.
The apartment has an entrance hall, dining room, large terrace, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
All rooms overlook the terrace cured.
For guests air conditioning, television, radio, free internet Wi-Fi, refrigerator, coffee / Kettle, toaster, hairdryer, reading room and entry keys. The decor is warm and welcoming.
Although in the center, the apartment is well soundproofed.
Private garage available (extra 5 euro).
Extra bed 3rd person 15 € per night.
Within our rooms you will find information about the city and a map of Verona. They are also available to guests books, travel guides and magazines.
The prices include the supply of linens (towels, toiletries and linens). Prices vary during Trade Shows and Events Important, put in High Season June, July, August.
Ideal for a romantic getaway but also work.

“Excellent base for a great week's break in beautiful Verona”
Stayed in this apartment from 18 to 25 June. It had everything we needed for a great holiday. Close to main square (Piazza Bra) and to all attractions of the beautiful old town; also close to station and bus routes making day trip to Lake Garda easy. Fiorenza was a great host and on hand to welcome us and help with our enquiries when needed.

“compact but well equiped”
Easy walk into centre of city. The roof terrace was an excellent place to relax. The owner is very accommodating and provided breakfast. We enjoyed our stay here

“Perfect”
We had 2 nights 3 days here’s. It was lovely and more than we was looking for. Absolutely beautiful. And the host couldn’t of been more helpful. Garden was beautiful, sat outside for breakfast, and everything is in walking directions. Perfect place to say. We loved it.
