Spacious and historic 3 bedroom apartment with 6 beds and garden. This large and elegant residence on 2 levels is located in a historic building dating back to 1400 called "Palazzo Ottolini" named after the Counts Ottolini, a noble Veronese family who bought and restored the imposing palace in the 16th century, electing it as their city residence. The building is characterized by two entrances: the main one is on Piazzetta Ottolini and has a portal decorated with the coat of arms of the noble family, the other on Lungadige Panvinio that once lapped the Adige river. The ground floor is composed of a spacious dining room, a living room with bookcase and TV and a modern equipped kitchen; a wooden staircase leads us into the sleeping area where we find on the left the double bedroom furnished with period furniture, on the right instead there is a bedroom with 2 beds which leads to a third bedroom with 2 single beds. Both, separated by a sliding wall, are characterized by a beautiful view of the Adige river. The bathroom has a bathtub. The apartment is also equipped with a private garden which cannot be accessed directly from the apartment but from a separate entrance. The central position of Dimora Ottolini, its furnishings and the comforts of which it is equipped as air conditioning and wifi make this apartment the ideal place for your stay in Verona. Car: not necessary. The Surroundings This quiet and spacious apartment is located along the Adige River in one of Verona's oldest neighborhoods, the "Cadrega" district, an ideal place to start exploring the city while admiring artistic and architectural masterpieces such as the Duomo. With a walk of about 5 minutes you can reach Giulietta's balcony or the Arena or Via Mazzini, the famous shopping street. And then in the evening you can spend pleasant moments of leisure in the characteristic restaurants and trendy bars of the city or enjoy a good wine in the tranquility of your garden. Key collection takes place at the Agency office located in Corso Castelvecchio n.25 from 15.00 to 19.30. - Any requests for advance delivery must be reported to the Agency and will be met unless the property is available. Otherwise you can leave your bags in our office during opening hours. For check-ins beyond the time, Agenzia Dimore Verona will be available to hand over the keys of the property with an alternative method free but without staff assistance. Or with a surcharge of € 30.00 until 22.00 and € 50.00 from 22.00 to 00.00 for night service. Smoking is forbidden. Pets are welcome maximum of medium size on request € 25.00
