Description

Appartamento nuovo, luminoso, grande (130 m), appena ristrutturato e dotato di tutti i comfort: aria condizionata in ogni stanza e una molto buona connessione WIFI.

È situato a circa 7 minuti dall'Arena di Verona, e circa 10 minuti dalla Porta Nuova stazione ferroviaria.

L'arredamento è chiaro e di design italiano.

CI sono duel balconi con tavolini e sedie, con vista sulla città antica e le colline circostanti.

Ci sono tre camere matrimoniali, due bagni completi con doccia, un ampio soggiorno con una cucina completamente attrezzata con tutto (forno, lavastoviglie, grande frigorifero, forno a microonde, lavatrice, macchina da caffè Nespresso, smart TV), divano letto bianco a 1 piazza.

È al quarto e ultimo piano con ascensore in una strada tranquilla ma vicino a molti negozi, ristoranti, caffè, bar, supermercati.

Due camere da letto hanno un bagno vicino, mentre l'altra ha il bagno privato.

I letti sono king size e possono essere divisi secondo le esigenze.

Ogni camera dispone di TV a schermo piatto, aria condizionata e pavimenti in parquet.

Le finestre sono insonorizzate.

Il Wi-Fi è disponibile gratuitamente. Il garage è disponibile solo su prenotazione con sovrapprezzo.

“Perfect in every way!”

Tiziana's apartment was spacious, warm and comfortable. It is perfectly located as all of the beautiful sites in Verona were within easy walking distance. Our flight was delayed which meant that it was nearly midnight when we arrived but Tiziana's mum and dad arranged a taxi for us and came to greet us to show us around the apartment which was greatly appreciated. We have stayed in many apartments before but this was certainly the best! We will definitely be coming back and will be recommending this apartment to friends and family. Thank You!
