Description
The farmhouse "La Fonte" is situated in the heart of the Tuscany hills near Volterra and Saint Gimignano, only 1 km far from the little village with shops called Villamagna (you can go easily by walk). Outside there is a swimming pool, a children's play-ground, a BBQ area with space for eating and there is a big olive grove all around. The wi-fi connection is free.
The farmhouse is also surrounded by 5 hectares of country with a little wood and a nice little lake. There is also a parking area. The farmhouse is the ideal way to spend a quiet holiday and pets are welcome. The Farmhouse has an equipped kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom and a own space outside (balcony/covered porch/private gazebo with table and chairs). There's a wi-fi connection

The pool is open from 15 may to 30 September. The owner lives 3 km far from the villa. Each apartment has a own space outside but there's also a big garden shared.

“Peace and quiet”
