Villa Ambiente in the Lucca Area of Tuscany is a truly exceptional new property, perched among the olive groves on the hills south of Lucca. Private yet accessible, only 10 mins walk to the local village and offering commanding views of the surrounding countryside with the towers of Lucca in the distance. The local vineyards yield memorable wines as well as pleasing vistas, perhaps best captured from the pool or jacuzzi tub.

The ground floor is comprised of the entrance hall with a sitting area, a living room with fireplace and flat screen TV together with comfortable sofas and an elegant library. The large country kitchen/dining room with arched ceiling features a bar which leads to the covered patio with wonderful views of the village. On the first floor we find the three bedrooms, each has its own en-suite bathroom and all have wonderful views of the valley. The 4th bedroom is on the lower floor, offers direct access to the gardens and boosts a private bathroom with hammam. The villa offers an outdoor covered patio where you resting while drinking wine, overlooking the magnificent surroundings - this area is located nearby the bar and the kitchen with the pizza oven. The villa is fully air-conditioned and it can accommodate up to eight people.
