Fully equipped apartment, underfloor heating, dishwasher, built in microwave. One Private allocated car parking.

The Best views over Fristal beach, watch the surfers and beach, not just the sea, photos taken from balcony, no telescopic lens in use.

Great even in Winter to watch the storms bringing in monster waves.Pets welcome.Luxury fitted apartment, underfloor heating, TV's in lounge & all bedroom rooms.Memory foam mattresses.

Negative - this apartment is on the 2nd floor with great views, however, there is no lift access, only stairs, so may not be suitable for those with mobility concerns.

It is only a 15 walk to the centre of Newquay. £4 in a taxi, or public bus service travels between Pentire & Newquay Centre. Train / bus station, and airport are within a 10 mins of apartment.

“nice apartment but needs attention”

We booked this rather late after being let down on another apartment due to coronavirus. We have stayed in this apartment block before and it is a lovely view but there are buildings in front although you can see over and between them. The walk to the beach is right round the building and down a stoney alley so have to take shoes. The apartment itself is well laid out and comfortable although a few niggles such as cleaner being late (2pm and we were due in at 3pm) so could not have possibly had a thorough clean which we thought it would have due to the virus. We had problems with the toilets and it is the first time in years we have stayed in an apartment and had to buy so much such a black backs, washing up liquid, soap all which are usually supplied in other apartments however this could have been due to the virus. (or we have been very lucky in other apartments) Hand sanitiser was supplied inside the door. Having said this it was a lovely apartment with comfortable beds and sofa just perhaps not luxury as needs a little attention. Balcony was lovely and large enough for the four of us to sit and watch the world go by. We had a lovely week as this area is so handy for walking into town and does have eating places within walking distance as we like to leave the car parked up most of the week if possible.

Response from the owner Thanks for the review. Sorry the headline needed to be so negative. So many positive comments. Don`t disagree that it is not perfect, but it is very difficult during these times to keep things the same. We had been advised to remove as many items as possible to reduce contamination. Hence removal of small kitchen items. Cannot remember if you posted a review after your 1st stay in our apartment on the 4th July. But assume you must have been happy to return.

“superb apartment in Newquay”

This apartment is lovely. Front line views out over Fistral Beach, lovely and bright and airy, well decorated, nice and clean, easy to access everything within Newquay and Cornwall beyond and great having the beach a few minutes walk away, allocated parking space...all in all pretty perfect. Would not hesitate to stay again and would highly recommend to others.
