Stay in our spacious AIR-CONDITIONED city center apartment (3 rooms, 2nd floor) with VINTAGE charm, in a QUIET neighborhood. This is our home away from home, and we love spending time here.
Experience everything Yerevan offers. Enjoy authentic restaurants and cafés, museums and art galleries. Live music and nightlife is all nearby (Saryan is one of the best streets in Downtown).
WALK to famous Cascade, Opera House, Vernissage (arts and crafts market), numerous museums, art galleries, theaters, cultural and historic sites. Walk to Republic Square that hosts Singing Fountains at nights.
You will enjoy COOL COMFORT on hot summer days thanks to TWO Air-Conditioning units (MUST-HAVE in summer), one at each end of the building. Three heater units provide cozy warmth on cold autumn and winter days. You can also switch the two AC units to heating mode, giving you extra heat boost when needed.
You will have EVERYTHING that you might need during your stay (linens and towels, plates and cups, utensils, pots and pans, bath essentials, hair dryer, iron with a board, washer, clothes pins, etc). We can also bring in a comfortable queen-size double-height air-mattress (see pictures) with complete bedding to provide sleeping space for 8 PEOPLE. If you desire, we can provide a baby crib.
The entire 2-bedroom apartment is at your disposal. The stairway entrance to the building is locked with a security chip/fab that prevents the entrance of strangers into the building, giving you peace of mind and quiet.
Our portable WiFi unit allows you to have internet access anywhere in Armenia. Upon your request, we will provide FREE local SIM CARD (my own mobile number) for the duration of your stay, that gives you FREE INTERNET, unlimited FREE CALLS within Beeline network and only 3 cents/min for calls to other networks.
