Perfetta per 1 coppia di 2 ospiti, può ospitare un terzo ospite nel divano-letto disponibile in soggiorno. Una scala di pietra e maioliche collega questo ambiente riservato alla parte principale della casa locata al piano sottostante e costituita da una area soggiorno/living room con una splendida Cucina in pietra a vista e ampia terrazza con affaccio sulla Vallata del Formale. 70mq, 2 piani con soppalco, camera padronale matrimoniale con bagno, Zona Living Room e Cucina. Questa casa vi stupirà per caratteristiche uniche ed originali, ad esempio il grottino tufaceo per il vino cui si accede direttamente dal soggiorno. La prima colazione è servita presso i Bars delle piazzette del borgo. E’ disponibile l’upgrade alla mezza pensione epensione completa, i Pranzi e le Cene saranno ovviamente serviti presso i Ristoranti convenzionati del borgo di Zagarolo. A stone and majolica stairs connect this distincted area with the main part of the house composed by a living room area with a beautiful kitchen and balcony over Formale Valley. Plus an additional bathroom. So perfect for 2 guests, if needed this house is large enough (70mq=753sf) to accommodate a family of 3 people with 1 extra person sleeping on the sofa-bed available in the living room area. This house is really unique, large and romantic. “Cantina delle Fate” Old Town House will astonish you for its unique and original features, as for example a direct access to “Grottino del Vino“, the typical Cave used to store wines. The “Colazione” is obviously served at thepartner Old Town Bars for a Breakfast at the “piazzetta“, as the italian use you will enjoy a tasty Espresso and Cappuccino, coming with typical italian breakfast cakes as Cornetto or Maritozzo.
