Middle of Branson but very quiet, two absolutely comfortable King beds (bed in guest bedroom, new in August, 2010, is Serta Perfect Sleeper pillowtop), 400 thread count sheets, plush towels. Very clean, well-maintained with fresh Caramel paint in 2009. Surround Sound system in the living area gives you a choice of music CD's, the radio, DVD's, or cable HDMI TV.
1175 square feet heated and cooled space plus balcony with access from living area as well as master bedroom. New Graber cellular blinds throughout in August 2010.

A great place to stay. We stayed here last year and knew we would return. The owner is great to work with,yes, but we especially like the condo's close proximity to local venues, yet it is very quiet/private, too. We hope to come again next year!

This place is very nice and spacious. The furniture is getting a little run down but only if look hard. Would have been nice if the second bedroom had cable. The pool in this place is nice and quiet you have to walk a little ways up a hill. Also if you have a lot of luggage it is a little hard. But I would recommend ,it is very nice has everything you are looking for. Great location

The living room sofa and dining chairs were replaced upon this check-out and a new love seat and dining table have been ordered. Pictures will be up soon when all pieces have been installed. With this furniture replacement, the condo has been updated from mechanical to paint, from appliance to mattresses, from hot water to HDMI.
The only major appliance/fixture remaining is the stove and sometime this fall, will be replaced also.
The HOA has been in possession of a request to add wiring for the second bedroom's cable for some time. -

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious, nicely supplied, and convenient to Branson attractions and Silver Dollar City but still off the main road. With two teenagers (girl and boy), we had out grown a standard hotel room. The condo was a great find. Everyone had their own space. We plan to call Mr. Poynor again the next time we come to Branson.

Me, my husband, and our two children stayed at this condo for four nights over Memorial Day weekend. It was perfect for our mini-vacation. The location is great, super close to any attraction you want to visit, yet off the strip and quiet. We were able to avoid a lot of the traffic here, which was nice on a holiday weekend. My kids enjoyed the playstation and the pool and my husband and I enjoyed the comfortable bed and spacious master suite. The customer service provided by the owner is top notch. On any future Branson trip we take, we'll be rebooking this condo.

the tv was a large flat screen.the baths was large,real roomey for us four,when we arrived we could not belive how nice for the price.the little extras like coffee and all was good.we say 5 stars.thank you grant for the call to ask if we needed any thing.

To my regret, I did not actually get to stay at this wonderfully equipped and centrally located facility. Flooding of Miss River forced me to cancel my reservations. Grant Poynor was most understanding and cooperative, and I will certainly be booking my next Branson vacation accomodations with him.

Enjoyed every minute of our stay; condo was very convenient and very clean and tidy. Lots of personal touches, like plenty of coffee and tea; shower gels; hairdryer. Would like to stay there again, if our plans work out.
