Description

The Villas Nizuc is a luxurious 32 unit, attached townhouse condominium, right on the main beach in the Hotel Zone of Cancun, Mexico. The Cancun Hotel Zone is considered Level 2 SAFE for visitors by the US State Department, on par with England and Spain. No travel restrictions exist. We have just completed a three hundred and twenty thousand dollar total renovation of our villa #26. Everything is new, beautiful & functional. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with 2 swimming pools and views of the Caribbean from everywhere in and out of the villa. Villa#26, our villa, is fully furnished and equipped with independent air conditioning zones for all three of its levels. We also get most American TV channels, including the major networks on our TVs. The villa has three completely private bedrooms each with its own full bathroom, a hotel type safe and a balcony overlooking the beach and/or lagoon. A kitchen, dining room, living room with TV, and half-bath make up the main ground level living area. There are also balconies off all the bedrooms and a patio off the living room with magnificent beach views. There is WiFi service throughout the villa. Our own maid comes in every day but Sunday to make beds, do laundry, clear and wash dishes and generally clean up and keep the villa in good order. Cooking by special arrangement.

Villas Nizuc is a gated complex with 24/7 security protection for the villas.The villa can sleep eight guests & we can arrange cribs for younger children, if needed. Eight guests is the maximum number of guests who can occupy the villa & use the pools, grounds, etc. regardless of the age of the guests. There is onsite parking right next to the villa if you need it & buses & taxis run right in front of the main entrance to the villas that can take you quickly & easily to anywhere in the hotel zone.

The main living area is at ground level so there are no elevators or lobbies you have to pass through. You are 30 seconds walk to our pools and a one minute walk to the beach across our beautifully landscaped, palm tree studded grounds. Yet, since we are in the hotel zone you have the same access to all of Cancun's activities, restaurants and shopping malls as any of Cancun's finest hotels at far less cost. It is an ideal place to stay in Cancun for families and couples or friends who want to travel together. Remember the cost for the villa is for up to eight people and each bedroom has it's own en suite bathroom, shower and balcony, so when you want privacy you can have it in great comfort. Our living area is large and very comfortable, so when you want to be together it won't feel crowded. We get many repeat renters and almost certainly if you rent our villa once you will want to rent it again.

Response from the owner Hi Erin, Thanks for wonderful review. I really appreciate it. I understand the beach was somewhat eroded when you were hear, but renters should know that was due to rough seas that took out a lot of sand. That sand comes back with changes in the current & the beach will be at least 150 feet deep & all sand most of the time. In addition you can swim, sit, walk & go anywhere on the 8 miles of beach of which our beach is a section, since the beach is federal property. Lastly, we are near Punta Nizuc, a natural breakwater, that is a 10 minute walk toward the point. The water & beach there, in front of Club Med, is very calm even when the rest of the beach has strong waves.
