We're two minutes walk from the Forum Plaza, where you'll find the Coco Bongo's , The City, Daddy O's, Hardrock Cafe and Carlos and Charlie's. One building over, across the street, you'll find Senor Frogs!
The Forum Plaza is across from Mercado Coral Negro,a souvenir craft market, great finds! Behind it you'll find a laundromat.
Just around the corner you'll find: Plaza Caracol, one of Cancun's select malls (luxury items and brands).
Our pools and restaurant face the beach not the boulevard, unlike the other three hotels located between us and the Forum By The Sea.
We're located between Playa Chac Mool (in front of Bay View Grand) and Playa Gaviota Azul (one of only two beaches in Cancun with the sun all day; crescent shaped, shallow kid friendly, lovely).
The bus stops in front of Bay View Grand and just before Carlos and Charlie's (Forum).Hop on and get your groceries!

Rates are for single or double occupancy. 10$ a night applies for each extra person (no fee for child under 3 years of age). Max 2 adults (age 12 or older considered adult size), small children OK (2-3 small children allowed; depending on their ages)
Long weekend rates add 10$/night.
Weekend night = Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Non smokers only,non heavy drinkers.
Min age is 24 years.
I do not rent to spring breakers.
Rates are less than my hotel charges for un-renovated studio rooms. If a rental agency would rent my place, they would charge a minimum 150$/night low season, high of 225$.
Discount is applied for a week (50$ off).
My rates include condo fees, utilities, satellite TV. In July 2012, we added a water heater (electric), however the temperature of the water can vary, usually not hot (depends on the electric current on the floor). If you expect hot water, please be aware of this.
30$ cleaning fee covers one laundry service after departure and cleaning of unit prior and "light cleaning" of my condo after your stay.
Bring your own beach towels,soap,toiletries.
The $ sign refers to American dollar not peso.
I do not rent for longer than 2 weeks.
All rental amounts are non refundable and due when you reserve, when you book a vacation home, you make it unavailable to someone else, whether you decide not to go or decide to end your holiday short. Purchasing travel cancellation insurance is recommended. However I will try my best (if given at least 30 days) to find someone else for your time period or part of it, and in this case I would refund you the amount minus a 100$ administration fee. The damage/security deposit amount is refundable after my unit is checked (cleaned). Entry code for my condo is generated once funds have been received.

A little piece of Heaven.
I visited the Cancun condo with my two teenagers. I was surprised at how easy it was to get to, just a short ride from the airport. The condo was clean, quaint, with a modern decor. It was beautifully situated on the resort strip, balcony overlooking the ocean, beach and pools. The beach had a safe area to swim with lifeguards. The pools and outdoor cafe had a beautiful view of endless ocean and beach. Restaurants and shopping were a 1 to 10 min walk. Mariela was amazing at organizing and assisting with activities and providing the comforts of home while we were there.

My friend and I stayed in this lovely condo apartment and our experience was superb!
Great location in the heart of Cancun right across from Senor Frogs and near popular Cancun establishments (bars/ restaurants/ mall etc). The apartment is well kept by friendly staff and has a dreamy ocean beach view. The beach itself is much less busy then the ones near the hotel areas. This is definitely a deal and we would recommend it to anyone!
