Watch for enchanted dolphins splashing around in the Harbor creating some of the unforgettable moments of your stay.

This spacious, family-friendly unit offers a full kitchen with all the conveniences of home.

Stay connected during your holidays with Wireless Internet and 4 Flat Screen TVs with Cable in each room. Master Bedroom and Living Room have SMART TV’s.

This unit has had many updates to it. New master bedroom furniture with new king mattress, new king mattress in the 2nd guest room and new bedding in all the rooms. New flat screen TV’s in all the rooms, of which, living and master bedroom are SMART TV’s. New patio furniture for guests to enjoy on the large balcony. In addition, NEW A/C and Heating System in the unit.

You are just a few steps away from the world-famous, award-winning sugar white beach and sparkling turquoise water of Clearwater Beach. Stroll over to Pier 60 at sunset and enjoy the nightly celebration festival.

There is an abundance of restaurants to choose from, a large variety of activities, shopping and a lively night scene, the only thing you will be missing is the time to do it all!

Response from the manager We make every effort to clean units to the highest standards, including having our cleaning manager follow up on each cleaning to approve it. We were surprised to hear that something had been left behind, as that is unusual. Such incidents are always taken up with the cleaning company responsible to improve future cleanings. As for cleaning odors, if the unit was rented back to back, it is possible that some residual cleaning product odors might have lingered for a short while. Our stated goal is to proved the best vacation ever for our guests. The Harborview Grande units are large, with spacious interiors and water views off of large balconies. They are on the harbor front and are located on the barrier island of Clearwater Beach.

Just to let you know, a craftsman has been sent to handle the latch on the door, the carpet and the unit have been cleaned, and the toilet seats are now new. The owner has been informed regarding the chips in the plates. The coffee pot was replaced during your stay after you notified us. We're sorry to hear the furniture design was not to your tastes. Regarding price, we strive to adjust the price of the units to their size, features, location and view. The Harborview Grande has very large at 1800 square feet, making them sought-after accommodations, especially with their harbor front views and close-to-the-beach location. This was also 4th of July weekend, which one of the prime weekends of the year for vacation rentals, which affects prices. We are glad you enjoyed the attractions of the area and the location of the unit. Clearwater Beach is a fun vacation destination.

He is responsive and upgrades to keep the unit nice for visitors when he is aware of problems. We regret the inconveniences and just want to say that we fix problems on-call whenever we are informed and would have been happy to handle the issues while you were here, with new bedding and even a carpet cleaning. Response from the manager Harborview Grande has an elevator in addition to the stairs. It also had extra large balconies overlooking the bay. We would agree that letting children play unsupervised around the building might want to be avoided, especially since this is a condo complex with lots of other guests and residents. The unit is large, has water views, and is within walking distance to the beach.
