A group of us gathered at this house recently for a friend's wedding weekend in Clearwater Beach. We had several families sharing the home, and it worked out splendidly. Three baths and a large gathering area near the kitchen were perfect for our group. The pool area was wonderful, and the beach access was just a short walk away. For toddler-friendliness, I give the property a 4/5 stars (but I understand that no destination location is 100% baby-proofed). The beach house had a pack-and-play in the closet, a high chair, and a safety fence protecting little ones from reaching the pool unattended. I should have borrowed/rented a baby gate for the 2 stairs near the kitchen, as my 15 month old kept attempting to traverse them. Overall, a great stay! Fun & relaxing!

This property is large ! Very well equipped in the kitchen, great selection of books and videos/Dvds. The pool is compact but welcome in the wonderful Florida heat and sun. Walking 4 minutes to the beach was a fantastic novelty where you were greeted with a wide expanse of sand and shell, the water was so warm as to be unbelievable !
Was it worth what I paid for 1 week ? Probably not. -

This was an outstanding rental property in every way. The floorplan was perfect for our large group. The house was extremely clean and had great furniture and decoration. The pool was fantastic! The fountain makes it stand out from the rest. The location to beach was perfect for us...a quick walk (you are there in minutes). We would highly recommend this property to anyone!!!

We plan a family trip to Clearwater Beach every summer and this has become our favorite house to rent. The owners have thought of everything! It's very comfortable for families with small children because of the open floor plan and the gates to the pool. The pool layout allows for children of every age to enjoy it - and the pool-shed has every type of pool and beach toy that you could want! Housekeeping checks in with you to make sure you have everything you need, and then is right there when you do have any needs. The service is outstanding. This is a rental that will make you wish you could call it home!

We had a very nice stay. Check in and check out are super easy. Our party included six adults and four children. We all slept comfortably. The house is older but the kitchen has nice updates. The pool was wonderful for younger kids, with the shallow wading area on one end and a deeper end for the older ones. There is a storage shed with beach amenities available for you to use (a wagon to haul stuff down to the water as well as some beach toys). The beach is literally three short blocks' walk away, and the section of beach is quiet and not packed with people.

Hi,
We stayed in this home in July of 2011, and it was the best all the way around. From the people we dealt with to book the property to the actual stay itself. Unfortunatly we were unable to book it for our recent stay in Clearwater Beach since it was already booked at the time we came, the home we stayed in did not compare, these owners have a gem that is taken care of and managed beautifully, we will be looking to get back their next summer as our stay elsewhere did not compare to the quality of Clearwater Beach Slendor. It was so close to the beach as well as downtown and the great restaraunts and local shops while being in a quiet area, there is nothing we did not like.

The check in and out was very easy. Patty, one of the management associates I was in contact with about the rental was very helpful, friendly, and informative. The pictures on the web does not fully capture the actual house. It looks small from the outside, but it was very spacious for 6 adults and 4 kids. It was very clean and had all the things you can think of. The beach was close by, wonderful and quiet - away from the crowds. The pool was clean and the kids really enjoyed it. They also enjoyed the movies and games that were at the house. It was our family get together vacation and we left with great memories!

When we arrived at the Clearwater Beach Splendor, it was partially flooded due to Tropical Storm Debby. Needless to say, we could not stay there that night. However, by the next afternoon, the people at Belloise Realty had the house dried out and the pool cleaned. We were able to stay for the rest of our trip. The accommodations were very comfortable. We loved the pool and all of the pool/beach toys. It was great to just walk to the uncrowded beach in the neighborhood. We would definitely come back and stay at this house again. The only con was that there was no toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish soup, etc. These items have been stocked at all other houses and condos that I have rented, so that was a surprise.

Wonderful Location- a short walk to the beach. The layout of the home was perfect for our two families with a nice big area for eating, playing cards and lounging. The house was nice with a pool. We loved it and will be back!

The place is ok. A little far from the ocean. The outdoor pool was very inviting. We had arranged our stay several weeks in advance. When we arrived the real estate agent didn't answer the cell phone. The phone number that we were provided was the real estate agency which closes at 5 PM. We had 10 people in our party. We arrived around 8 PM and the real estate agent didn't stop by until 11 PM. After flying into Tampa and then having to drive a van with all of our groceries to the property and then not having the property open was very trying. I would suggest getting a key ahead of time if you're planning on renting this property. That was the only problem that we had. I would recommend renting this but the only problem was obtaining the key. I advised them of this in writing after our rental ended but never received a response.

Check in on the norm is not this difficult. All guests that are organizing the rental prior to arrival are informed to call early the day of their scheduled arrival in order to provide us with their damage deposit and upon receipt they are issue the keyless entry code. Unfortunately the person that organized the plans did not convey these instructions.
