Spacious condo with nice furnishings, deck, and water view. Walking distance to all Clearwater Beach attractions and restaurants. Limited kitchen equipment. We would rent again.

We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect. Our trip was planned during spring break but the condo felt isolated from the crowds. The views from the balcony over-looking the harbor were beautiful. The beach is just a short walk away. We also enjoyed drving to Sand Key Park as the main beach was very busy. The pool and hot tub were a nice break from the sand and I thought were nicer than the pictures portray.
The building itself was nice and well kept. We enjoyed walks to the Pier and nice restaurants. The condo unit was overall clean but starting to show some signs of wear. Some attention to these quick fixes would make the first impression a perfect one!
I would absolutely stay here again because of the comfort, convenience, and location! It was a wonderful vacation. -

Our stay was fantastic!! Even though we didn't have sun the entire visit the few days we did it was amazing. The condo was beautiful!!! Extremely clean and well stocked. The only down side was hearing the neighbors above us with small children running around at all hours of the night. The view was great. Even though we would have loved to just walk out the door and be on the beach the short walk gave us time to take in all that the Pier 60 area had to offer. We will return!!!

We had an awesome time during our stay. The condo was wonderful and convenient to everything. Had fabulous dinners in the nearby restaurants. The beach was absolutely beautiful. And friends getting together was the best! Always a great time making more memories!

We have stayed here twice and will be eager to come again. This condo is clean and spacious and so close to the beach. You can walk to the beach and to many of the restaurants and attractions. Given the kitchen and the space, it is a very convenient place to stay while at the beach.

The weather was bad for the 1st couple of days, but the accomodation was really good. For a family of 5, there was plenty of space. Everything worked and it was a very comfortable stay.
The only small negative, the DVD player was in a bedroom, rather than the main room. -

This condo is in a great location, it's roomy and spacious. As described. No surprises. Maybe it's time to update the towells and should provide enough for all the people staying. We were missing 2 pairs. The pool area is really small but most people come for the beach. One small issue with bigger groups is the lack of third bathroom.
