Loved the location, loved the condo, loved the space, truly loved our time. We grew up in Clearwater and visit yearly now that we live in NJ. It was nice to have a space we can crash that isn't putting out our relatives. We will be back! It was also nice to see how far Clw beach has come...it is so much nicer than it was in 1973!

We enjoyed our stay at 506 Harborview Grande. The condo was clean and comfortable and had a really nice view of the harbor.A few updates would have enhanced our stay. Several of the blind panes in the master bedroom were broken and could not be closed. The beds in the room with two doubles had low end mattresses and should be replaced. The location was close to the beach, miniature golf, and several restaurants. The management was very helpful and all the information we were given was accurate and easy to follow. We would definitely stay at Harborview Grande again.

The apartment was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would recomend it. The distance to the beach is a short walk and the location is excellent close to shopping and restaurants.
The only issue we had was that the pool was not heated, apparently they had a problem with the pool heating system. One recomendation is to replace the blinds in the master bedroom.
Overall an excellent experience. -

Our extended family recently stay in Clearwater and the condo was just about perfect. My only complaint was the
pool which was rather small. However, the grandchildren
did not mind. The service was great, we needed an extra
blanket and it was hand delivered that day! -

We really enjoyed the beautiful and spacious accomodations within walking distance of many wonderful restaurants and activities to do with the family. The beach was superb with dolphins swimming in nightly. Do not miss Post Corner Pizza!

This condo that we rented was extremely nice and exceeded expectations. It was fully furnished and the only thing that we had to bring was food. We had our own large balcony and enjoyed the evening breeze off of the bay and saw dolphins every day. The worst part of this trip was the departure from our condo. We will be returning next June if there is a condo available!

I have vacationed at Clearwater Beach for many years and this was one of the best vacations. The condo was clean, quiet, cozy and a beautiful view of the inner coastal and ocean. The location of the condo is within walking distance to the beach, the pier, restaurants and shops. The condo is beautiful and I can't wait to go back in the spring!

We loved the location of this condo. It was an easy walk to the beach. The pool was rather small (typical for this area), but the hot tub was nice. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. Even saw one dolphin. The condo was beautifully decorated and very roomy and met all of our needs perfectly. My only suggestion is that the owners upgrade the mattresses on all the beds. The mattresses were very firm and rather old. The mattresses in the bedroom with the two full sized beds even smelled smoky (as if they came from a smoker's house). Also, it would be wise for the owners to replace the cheap window treatments. It's obvious the plastic panels have been twisted and broken (they never quite shut right) and the blinds in the bedrooms didn't work well either. Everything in that condo is "luxury” except for those two things. Good bedding is must! After all, you're really only in the condo to sleep. Also, they need to purchase some king size pillows for the master bed. All that was on there were two cheap standard size pillows that were flat as pancakes. So bring additional pillows if you stay in this unit. If the owners plan to only use standard size pillows they need to buy 4 of them...again good quality bed linens are important too.
Could've done without the Memorial Day crowds/noise and traffic and the tropical storm that brought rain for 2 days, but other than that we had a nice time.
Working with Kevin and his staff was easy and a very simple, smooth transaction. If I had questions when I was there, they were quick to return my call and answer them. I would do business with them again.
