Description

Nestled in Cresson, PA you will enjoy the entire 2nd floor of the hosts home. Private entrance with all the amenities of your home while you are on vacation. You may cook in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoy local restaurants. You are invited to enjoy our back patio with a picnic table or just enjoy the outdoors and star gazing at night. The queen size bed comfortably sleeps 2 people. Accommodations for up to 2 additional people can be available on request. (extra fee applies) Off street secure parking. We are just outside of town in a very quiet neighborhood. We are within 3 miles of St Francis University, 1/2 mile to Mount Aloysius College and approximately 10 miles to Penn State Altoona. Rock Run ATV Park and Prince Gallitzin State Park are within 1/2 hour drive. We are located in the West-Central Allegheny Mountains and 'train buffs' love it here. You can visit the observation deck in Cresson, Portage Railroad, nearby Horseshoe Curve, Carney's Crossing or The Altoona Railroaders Museum.

Come for the weekend or the week. If you prefer to stay longer, arrangements can be made with the Owner

Property easy to find, plenty of parking. Accessing the room was easy. Mary responded quickly to messages, and was very accomodating. Snacks and water for our arrival was very thoughtful!
