Our condo was on the second floor. The pool & all the units were very, very nice. Everything was emaculate! We were right across from Eagle Beach. We were about a mile from the start of the high rises & casinos & about 15 minutes to downtown. We ate out every night & loved every restaurant. Most of the restaurants are actually on the beach-just beautiful! I loved the location-quiet but close to everything. We used the pool every day & ventured to the beach to walk to the high rises. When we take a vacation, we don't like to use a lot of energy! We walked to the casino & shopped & gambled a little-this was about a 15 minute walk. Our condo was very nice & the management company was very nice & easy to contact. The condo has a security guard & we arrived late & he contacted our representative to meet us. She was there within 15 minutes because she had several people she had to check in. Everyone was very friendly & helpful. We always ate late so we didn't have problems getting into restaurants-not sure how it would have been if we wanted to eat early. To be safe we would make reservations in the morning for that night but we always made reservations for 8:30 pm. Lots of restaurants & we watched Super Bowl at Moomba Beach-we sat at the bar! Very nice time!! The grocery store was about a 5 minute drive! Lovely time!!!

Aruba features an impressive variety of dining choices from casual to fine dining, from local to international and everything in between. It is recommended to make reservations at most restaurants on Aruba and of course there are different restaurants that open during the morning. Hope you remanded with only beautiful memories of the “One Happy Island” of Aruba!

We stayed in this Oceania unit for a week after New Year's Eve. It was truly a luxury condo. The kitchen included everything you could want (for cooking or entertaining!), and the beds were very comfy, bathrooms all marble. We had a few very minor issues and all were addressed right away by Rachel from Prestige Realty. Rachel made great recommendations for dinner, spa, activities and grocery stores. The beach (one of the most beautiful I have ever seen) was right across the street, and the pools were perfect. They were never crowded, and large enough to entertain teenagers! The tennis courts were a plus, too, and the location is great~not in the high rise hotel area but close enough to get to that area or downtown within minutes.

We stayed in aruba for 11 days. We started our stay at Oceania Deluxe Beach Condominiums in a Studio (E255). It was perfect for the two of us. The studio is very large, offering us a full kitchen. It had a two burner stove but also had a microwave and toaster oven. It had a king bed and a wonderful closet and bathroom. After four days we moved into a 2 bedroom unit (Bc254) when our friends arrived. We cannot say enough about this unit. It is exactly as described in on line photos.The kitchen had everything any gourmet cook might need or want. The decor was beautiful. The tempurpedic mattresses add pure comfort. We had wonderful beach chairs and a cooler for our use and even such little bonuses as swim noodles and snorkels and masks, though we had our own. The swimming pools were wonderful. Every detail was thought out for our stay. Access to the beach is easy.
Rachel Riley and Raquel from Prestige Realty were wonderful. We had a few small
glitches,, such as the wifi not working and a too small coffee pot which were rectified immediately. Check in and checkout were easy and timely.
We loved the IGa for shopping. The produce was excellent and the prices reasonable.
We loved aruba and loved our location in the low rise area. We had excellent meals at Passions on the Beach, Flying Fishbone, and Screaming Eagle. Our meal at Water's Edge at Costa Linda was very disappointing. The fish was actually chewy! Don't miss the butterfly farm. Since a lot of other guests usually leave their swim noodles and snorkeling gear we always have these things pool gears available for usage, you can always ask for these during check-in. It is stated in our contract agreement that we are not responsible for the operation or maintenance of DSL or other high speed internet services, but shall assist the Guest in the event of any malfunction and try to fix these issues as soon as possible. We depend on Aruba’s one and only internet provider. However this issue has been fixed. Besides the Ling & Sons IGA Super-Center we have a brand new Super Food for shopping approx 15 minutes from the condominium complex. We hope you had a wonderful stay at Aruba and hope to see you in the near future back on the island. There are many great attractions to visit on the island.

Visiting aruba for the first time, we opted for this condo (BC 254) at Oceania rather than one of the resorts. Are we ever glad we did! Everything about the complex was perfect. The grounds were immaculately groomed, security was ever present yet unobtrusive, and the pools were beautiful (and rarely occupied by more than a half dozen people besides us). Most of all, we loved being away from the crowds in the high rise and downtown areas. It was like having the island to ourselves.
The condo itself was stunning. Every imaginable amenity was provided and luxurious. It was cool, quiet and clean. The beds were unbelievably comfortable! Rachel and Toine were gracious and attentive hosts, responding quickly to every request for assistance. The beach and water were beautiful, the people everywhere were friendly and helpful, and the restaurants were amazing. We highly recommend getting groceries at Ling and Sons or Super Food (their Dutch bakery is awesome). Favorite restaurants were Passions on the Beach, Matthews, Las Ramblas, Linda's Pancakes, Bavaria German, Smokey Joe's, El Goucho, Moomba Beach Bar and Chalet Suisse.
We also recommend the massages at Larimar Spa, the Pelican Sunset Cruise and shopping in the flea market, downtown and high rise shops and vendors. We took a personalized (and air conditioned) tour of the island with a taxi driver on an hourly rate, which turned out to be a real treat.

This condo is wonderful and has everything you could possibly need. The entire premises is very well maintained and is in a great location. The beach is directly across the street and is all sand with no rocks, perfect! The staff at Prestige Vacations are all wonderful and go the extra mile for you. It was great to meet Toine and would love to have met Rachel as she did grocery shopping for us before we arrived. You cannot go wrong with this property!

We had a great time staying at the absolute Luxury Two-Bedroom condo in aruba. The management company was super easy to work with and were there to meet us when we arrived. Check-out was super easy too. The condo was really nice and the ground lovely. The beach was an easy walk across the street and we were pretty much one of just a few people there. Very quiet and easy access to everything. Loved out stay.
