PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Boasting two master bedrooms with each a king-size bed, the Turquoise View Two-bedroom condo is furnished and decorated ideally to accommodate two couples, with or without kids. This unique unit has two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, a TV, built-in closets, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The first master bedroom has a private balcony with an ocean view and the second master bedroom has additionally a full-size folding sleeper sofa for your extra guest. The living area has a queen-size sofa-bed, a TV, access to the balcony with BBQ-grill plus a 4-seat dining table, a 6-seat glass dining table, and a full-sized fully equipped kitchen. The corridor lends access to the third bathroom with a shower, the laundry closet with a washer/dryer.
This unit provides you with 1,600 sq. ft. of living space. Three cable TVs (in the living room and each master bedrooms), free Wi-Fi are all available for your comfort. This unit is located in the Boca Catalina building on the third floor. -Sleeps max 6.
