Relax and enjoy your vacation in our condo, which includes a living/dinning room brand new open kitchen with brand new appliances-microwave, stove, refrigerator, and other major appliances. Other amenities include air conditioning in living/dinning area as well as in all 3 bedrooms, a TV with cable in two rooms. The climate is as close to perfect ads it can get, averaging 83°F (22.7°C) in the Winter and 85°F (29.4°C) in the Summer. In other words, it's always Summer! Fajardo is a major boating center there are 3 marinas within walking distance (Villa Marina, Puerto Chico and Sunbay Marina) in addition there are two more marinas within 5 miles, where a wide range of sailboat and catamaran charters are available. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, scuba diving, sailing, golf, tennis, casinos, horseback riding, and tours to El Yunque, the only tropical rain forest protected by the U.S. National Forest Services. We are only minutes from beautiful Seven Seas and Luquillo beaches. We are also located near the El Conquistador Resort & Casino, Fajardo Inn, Paradisus Resort, and the Westin Rio Mar Hotel. The apartment is spacious, well-furnished and well-kept. It's big enough for multiple couples or a family, I suppose, but it was definitely more than enough space for just the two of us. It's a great value, considering the rates are fairly low. The location is great too -- Fajardo is lovely -- just know that you'll need to drive 15 minutes or so to Luquillo if you really want to hang by a beach; that's not really possible around Fajardo.
Also, Mercedes, who owns the apartment is friendly, professional and responds quickly to emails. She even met us at the airport to greet us and present us with the keys and driving directions to the apartment. -

Comfortable apartment with 3 nicely furnished bedrooms; a/c in all of them, fully equipped kitchen, dinning and living room areas, laundry room with washer and dryer. Front balcony with gorgeous view to the ocean, Marina Station 2 and the islands of Vieques and Palomino. Recreational facilities such as gym, 3 pools, green areas and 2 parking spots. Access to the complex is controlled and has excellent 24 hour security.

I have to said I love my vacation in Fajardo! The best decision I made was to rent this apartment. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, fully equipped and has a very good security. You can also enjoy the beautiful view to Palomino and Vieques Island! Among other attractions: is near The Conquistador Resort,shopping centers,great beaches and many places to enjoy the nightlife. If you plan to have a great vacation with every comfort, maximun enjoyment and the warms waters of the Caribbean Sea this will be your best choice...remember you deserve it!!!

We stayed at Pena Mar for a week over Christmas and really enjoyed ourselves. The apartment is great, there are 3 pools and a great view of the marina and ocean. The marine is the launch site for all the snorkeling trips so we only had to go down the hill to get there, it was very nice. It is windy on this side of the island, where the trades blow but it keep everything nice and cool. We could drive to the best beach around in 10 minutes (Luquillo beach) and eat at the kioskos. Mercedes is great to work with, very trustworthy and helpful. She greeted us at the airport with the keys to the apartment, a map, directions to the condo, and tourist info/brochures to get us started. The condo is clean and comfortable, perfect space for the 5 of us and with a great kitchen with coffee maker, coolers, beach towels, beach chair, everything you need to go to the beach for the day. The place is gated with a security guard and very private. We had easy drives to 2 g reat beaches, the rainforest, snorkeling and the ferry to the 2 islands. We had a great vacation, perfect weather everyday we were there. We would rent from Mercedes again!
