Wilgus made things easy. The home was wonderful. It was a great set up with each bedroom having a bathroon en suite. Path to beach was one house away. Everything was great!
We all had a wonderful time and hope to do the same next year! -

We had a great time, as usual. We have stayed in all three of the owners rentals and have had very enjoyable vacations. The properties are always very clean. The only recommendation I have would be to replace the couch cushions perodically throughout the summer. The location can't get any better. Just across the street you'll find minigolf, fishers popcorn, ice cream, etc. The beach is so close and the view from the oceanfront windows are terrific. We have vacationed in Fenwick for the past 7 years and just love it! We are hoping to stay 2 weeks next year!

Our stay at the house was good. The house has what you need for a comfortable vacation. Nothing "over the top", but very functional. Having bathrooms for each bedroom is great. The house is very clean, which is very important to me and my family. I also appreciated having the paper products, soap and cleaning supplies available to us.
One recommendation, the carpets are getting pretty old, and think it would be nice to have them replaced.
We had a very nice vacation and would repeat a rental at this house. -

We have stayed at 289 Bunting for 2 summers now and we just love it. We are 2 families with adult and teenage children and the layout is perfect. The decks offer amazing views and the house is always spotless. The only thing we found would have been helpful this year was a phonebook for local numbers and a list of local restaurants/menus/phone numbers.

We were first greeted with a big smile at the drive through window at Wilgus; two minutes later we were on our way to a fantastic condo! The decor was simple and everything was spotless. The condo was clutter free and we moved in easily. It was also delightful to find paper towels, toilet paper and cleaning supplies. The view of the ocean from the top two balconies is amazing! We had a few questions; made a phone call to Wilgus and within a half hour the owners were there taking care of us. We look forwad to our next visit!

Our family of five needed some R&R, and we found just the right place for us on Fenwick Island. 289 Bunting Ave. was well-arranged, beautifully equipped, and spacious (the house could easily accommodate 10 people) and the decks on the three levels afforded wonderful views of the beach & ocean. Very important to us, the house was immaculate, and we enjoyed our stay immensely.
The rental agents at Wilgus were very helpful, efficient, and kind. The internet site was informative and accurate, and we would definitely recommend Wilgus to anyone seeking to rent accommodations in the Rehoboth Beach area. -

This is by far the best place I have ever stayed at the beach. Every room is alike. The views are breathtaking. We met the owners and they were wonderful people to talk to. The place was spotless when we got there.
The back yard is well groomed and very nice. The view from every deck was awesome.
I would recommed this place to anyone. In fact we are going to try and reserve it again for next year. -

Service was very good. The ocean view was glorious.
My entire family enjoyed being at the property. The best part o the vacation was being on the ocean. The unit was very clean.Thhe kitchen was well stocked. It was very nice having 4.5 bathrooms.

We had a wonderful week. The house is spacious, very clean, well set
up for couples or more than one family and well equipped. The views
are spectacular. It couldn't be better located - when you can walk to a
book store, a bakery, Candy Kitchen, and a wonderful crab restaurant
- what more could you want? If money grew on trees, we would come
back at least once a year! -

Wonderful place...clean, well furnished and maintained. It is walking distance to almost anything you need. The views from every floor are great. Our family has come back to this unit for four years in a row.
Two things to think about....The rent goes up every year, so it has gotten very expensive and it is four floors so you should be prepared to walk a lot of stairs.

Thank you for your comments. I would like to clarify that the rent for this unit has not been raised in years. There are optional fees which could raise or lower the total cost. We strive to maintain competitive prices, especially in todays economy.
