Our custom vacation home is located on a hilltop in a quiet residential neighborhood nestled in tall pines, and surrounded by the Coconino National Forest. Response from the owner I understand that you are upset at our complaint filed to tripadvisor and feel the need to make up something to retaliate against my cabin. But I honestly don’t think you will prevail in your quest. In spite of your malicious review, our cabin has the most 5 star reviews in TripAdvisor and in Homeaway in the area of Flagstaff. Just to be clear there are more than 300 cabins in Flagstaff and ours is #1 About your accusations, a guest just need to look at the pictures to know what is expected, and pillows are in the closets to be used whenever guests want them. In my listing's text clearly states that our cabin has 3 bedrooms and 1 den. I also gave you a link with the most details that any guest can find about our cabin. Our kitchen is exceptionally clean just like our full cabin following Covid-19 procedures. Also it has everything including a ninja blender, coffee grinder and much more. I feel obliged to detail by this venue on why I filed a complaint against your stay, I do prohibit any type of marijuana in my cabin and wrappings were found in the second room. The house was left as someone had influenced and every single bed in the cabin was used. 6 beds which included one king and a queen, plus you moved our furniture downstairs to inflate a mattress and left the furniture there. Obviously you had more than 8 guests. A handyman had to come to help her out to move everything back and I was charged $150.00 extra on cleaning. You violated 3 items of my contract: More than 8 guests, left furniture in the wrong location and the worse of all, you illegally used Marijuana in our cabin. Since I only care to host quality guests, after your stay, I raised the deposit from $200 to $500 in this site hoping to screen out irresponsible guests.
