Description
1200 SF home is located in Continental Country Club. Our newly remodeled and modern home has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a fireplace, laundry room, and a spacious kitchen with all the amenities of home with a safe and spacious wrap around deck.
The two bedrooms are fully furnished and include flat screen televisions in each, full baths, closets, and new carpet.
The family room has hardwood floors, large sectional sofa and chair very comfortable furniture, a large 42" flat screen HDTV above the fireplace, DVD player, AM/FM stereo. 14 foot Vaulted ceilings with fans, a wood burning modern fireplace, and plenty of lighting with dimmers to set any romantic mood.
Outside, the spacious wrap around deck includes decorative railing that has locking gates to enjoy privacy and safety for small children and dogs. It also includes 2 sets of lovely patio furniture, large propane stainless steel BBQ grill, an enclosed patio area with pull down shades, and a television for outside entertainment.
From the deck you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Mt Elden, the large Oak trees in the front yard, our beautiful golf course at Continental Country Club that is open to the public, and also to residents and visitors. The club house is less than 25 yards from the townhouse front door. The club house also features a newly renovated restaurant "Oakmont" with inside & outside seating overlooking the golf course.
Activities in the winter months are plentiful. There are plenty of hills for the kids to enjoy sledding and snow play. In the summer there is a practice golf range and a full 18 hole golf course to enjoy, a club house with many amenities, adult and kid pools, gym facilities,hot tub, and tennis. All available to you as a guest. CCC has recently changed their club amenities rules, there is a $150.00 admin fee to transfer our club privileges to our guest along with a one time charge for entry cards $25.00 for adults, $10.00 for children.
There are many activities, wonderful restaurants, and numerous tourist attractions to enjoy in Flagstaff and the surrounding areas. Continental Country Club is located just 5 to 10 minutes from shopping and dining in the historic Downtown Flagstaff, 8 minutes from the N.A.U campus, 30 minutes from Snow bowl where both summer and winter activities can be enjoyed. Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon, and Slide Rock are only 25 minutes away. If interested in seeing one of the great wonders of the world, the Grand Canyon is a little less than a 2 hour drive.
