Beautiful Octagon Shaped house located directly on Mobile Bay and across the street from the Gulf of Mexico with its snow white beaches and crystal blue waters. Enjoy the best of both worlds with all that the Gulf has to offer. Great beach atmosphere and Mobile Bay with the fabulous fishing. Experience the best vacation of a lifetime without spending a lot of money on tourist attractions.
Perfect home for your golfing expedition that would sleep up to 12 people. Premier golf courses just down the street at Kiva Dunes and the Peninsula. Share the rent and have an affordable vacation. Want to escape the cold and snow?
Enjoy the breathtaking view from every room in the house. Large spacious open living room . Enjoy your 55” HD Flat Screen TV in Living Room and a tv in each bedroom. Direct TV is our satellite provider. Enjoy FREE wireless internet at the house. Living Room is adjacent to a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Designer bedding on each bed. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on each side of the house include a 3 King Master bedrooms, and a room with 2 sets of bunk beds(twin on the top & full on the bottom)separated by a bathroom. New pillowtop Serta Mattresses on all beds. Dining is a pleasure with the spectacular view of Mobile Bay and beautiful sunsets. either indoors or outdoors. Board games and DVD library provided for those rainy afternoons. House sits on 2 lots.
This location is known for the best fishing on the bay. Catch large speckled trout, Big Reds,and Flounder nestled underneath your 2 private piers. Enjoy a 40 ft. pier with a light for night fishing and crabbing. Crab baskets provided. (My grandson caught 36 speckled trout the first night he was there and he was 6 years old). The 40ft pier is available for fishing, crabbing or to tie up your boat. Launch your boat in the neighborhood or at Fort Morgan Marina and leave your boat in the water for quick access to the gulf.. clean your "Nights Catch" at your fish cleaning table with lights and running water.
Enjoy a lazy afternoon in one of the 2 double size Hammocs, or have a cookout with a charcoal grill.

Response from the owner Our AC man was promptly called and no problem was found with the AC. The heat index was 110 that week and there were 15 people in the house with the doors being opened and closed. The AC man recommended to open and close doors at a minimum. The AC is working overtime to cool the house.

“Perfect location”
