This completely modernised cottage, which has a bath and an open fire, sleeps six people across three bedrooms, close to the fishing village of Glenbeigh.Beautifully decorated throughout, this modern detached cottage is perfect for exploring the west coast of Ireland. Comprising three double bedrooms all with en-suite facilities, a fully equipped kitchen, galleried reading area and a spacious sitting room with an open fire, Meenteog Cottage offers high quality accommodation for a group of friends or a family holiday. Outside the cottage is a large, lawned garden with stunning views of the mountains on one side and the coast at Rossbeigh on the other, making this a perfect base for visiting the delightful region of County Kerry.

Region: County Kerry is a mystical and unspoilt part of Ireland, with spectacular natural beauty and a fascinating history. Facing the Atlantic Ocean, it features many sandy beaches, rocky inlets and stunning peninsulas.
Town: Set in the foothills of Seefin Mountain at the northern end of the Ring of Kerry, the small village of Coolroe is just a couple of miles from the fishing village of Glenbeigh on the west coast of Ireland. As well as its wide range of traditional pubs and seafood restaurants, Glenbeigh can also offer stunning scenery and provides access to the 4 mile long Blue Flag beach at Rossbeigh Strand which has become a haven for outdoor sports enthusiasts. Just a few miles away is the historic town of Killorglin, home to the annual three day Puck Fair, the oldest traditional fair in Ireland, and one of the oldest non-religious fairs in the world, which takes place in August.
