Garveys Holiday Cottage

Dingle cottage

3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / sleeps 6

“Magical Dingle Stay” My group and I were so well looked after at Garvey's cottage. Joan is a wealth of information, a wonderful cook, and a very generous soul. The cottage has wonderful ocean views with a short walk to the cliffs, and is perfectly located for other scenic tours/pilgrimages in and around Dingle. Dingle is truly a magical place with phenomenal sights, walks, and people. I would highly recommend anyone to come and stay here if they wish to experience something of the old and true Ireland. I miss Dingle and look forward to another visit.

Brandon Mountain Cottage

Dingle cottage

3 bedrooms / 1 bathroom / sleeps 6

“Wonderful location” We were three adults enjoying a short break in the Dingle Peninsula. Brandon Mountain Cottage was very comfortable and spotless throughout. Great attention to detail here. The kitchen was well fitted out and lots of throws and rugs ensured we were comfy on chilly evenings. The views from the house of Brandon Bay and the mountains beyond were spectacular. A lovely walk to the beach as well as a vigorous climb to the summit of nearby Mount Brandon, added to the joy of our stay. Linda was very helpful and made us feel very much at home.

“Cozy cottage stay” Staying at Suantra Cottages is an amazing way to explore the Dingle Peninsula. Not only is the cottage in a beautiful setting to easy access, but it is well stocked. We had stayed at some other cottage/apartment places during our stay that were lacking in most kitchen utensils and cooking pots/pans. We found everything we needed already in the kitchen when we arrived. Also, Phil is an amazing landlady. She forgot to leave us some firewood and peat, but she came over, taught us how to build a good fire and we had a grand conversation with her. If you plan on staying on the peninsula for more than two days, definitely try Suantra Cottages.

“Great place to stay for families!” This was our first summer holiday with our 2 year old son and our hosts provided us with a cot and a high chair for him. We were happy to find that the place was safe (sturdy banister, switches for plugs and oven, boilers in separate rooms) for a - supervised - small child and can recommend it without reserve for families (Being only in three, we used of course not all rooms). The cottage is located in a beautiful spot and we really enjoyed the clean, breezy air and the great views of both the seaside and the surrounding mountains.

Stunning Luxury Beachside Home with Spectacular Views of Ocean and Dingle Bay!

Dingle house

6 bedrooms / 5 bathrooms / sleeps 14

“Arriving Home at Didean in Dingle” I recently stayed for a week with five friends in this comfortable and accommodating house in Dingle, Ireland. It is located within sight of the sea and is surrounded by a beautiful landscape with easy walks just outside the front door. The house supported the six of us with ease. It has a well-supplied kitchen that allowed us to cook gourmet meals and to serve them in a nice dining area with gorgeous views through large window walls. The house is big enough for a much larger group. Each couple in our group chose a room with ensuite bathroom. Activities in other parts of the house are nicely segregated from the bedrooms and everyone got a good night’s sleep. The place is marvelously quiet. We would definitely stay at this location again when we visit the Dingle peninsula.

Stunning Luxury Beachside Home with Spectacular Views of Ocean and Dingle Bay!
Spacious comfortable and great views

We stayed as a group of 10 people (6 adults 4 kids), kids stayed upstairs and adults downstairs which worked out very well. The house had plenty of room for all of us. There is a nice short walk down to the beach but climbing down from the road requires some sure footing. Dingle village is a short drive away and Taxi's weren't a problem even over the busy Easter Weekend. The house is warm and has a nice outdoor area. As a large group we found the 10am check-out put us under a lot of pressure considering the beds had to be stripped, and the check out instructions quite onerous.see more

Super house, fantastic location

A group of 6 adults stayed here for the long weekend. House was superb, clean, well furnished, comfortable beds and in a great location. Don't miss staying in this gem of a house. Location was great. Beach a 5 min walk and 2 local pubs 2km. We will definitely go back. … see more
Atlantic Waves Cottage
Perfect home and location for a family who enjoys both the beach and hiking.

I stayed in Paula's home for 3 nights with my 3 children and only wish we had more time. The house was comfortable and the bedrooms are so large that my 11 year old daughters chose to share one instead of having their own. The views from the home on both sides are spectacular - front is Brandon Bay with sheep grazing and the kitchen sink looks at the mountains with Paula's cows grazing in the fields. I had stayed on the other side of Dingle a short walking distance to the town of Dingle about 20 years ago but decided to try this home because it looked so lovely. Everyone in my family agreed it was the best location. We could explore the miles of sand beach on Brandon Bay, swim, head to the Maharee's peninsula for lunch at Spillane's (our favorite) for crab claws and muscles and found wonderful live music in Castlegregory. The hiking was fantastic as well. Be sure to pick up some home made granola bars at the bakery in Cloghane before you go. If you want to avoid the crowds and tourism of Dingle (although you can easily access Dingle for shopping etc.), this is place to stay. Very family friendly with well stocked kitchen and Paula is a lovely hostess who made herself available when we needed help.see more

Fantastic house with great host

Rented the place for a few days over new years with some friends and it couldn't have been better. Veronica is a super friendly host who even made us fresh scones for our arrival. The open fire was fantastic in the evenings. So many beautiful places to visit in the area and dingle has lots of restaurants and pubs . Highly recommend. see more
