Perfect location just 2.5 miles down West Beach Blvd from the Hwy 59 "T" and the Hang-Out restaurant and Gulf Shores public beach. Out of the fray of traffic, yet just 3 minutes back to all the action. No fighting for space on the beach! The pass from Little Lagoon into the Gulf is about three blocks from us, providing protected swimming waters and great fishing, birding, shelling and walking.

The condo was delightful and in good condition. A couple of maintenance issues were handled immediately and affectively, which was appreciated. There were only 2 of us, so the living space was perfect, even though we had no need of the second bedroom. It was a quiet time of year, so we also appreciated having the pool to ourselves. Also this end of the beach is relatively unpopulated, which was a bonus.

The personal feel when booking this condo was the best it could be. The view was fantastic and the unit was comfortable and well equipped. The beach supplies were either locked up or gone and the hot tub by the pool is actually a kiddie pool. Neither was a big concern with us so we did not call the owner. We were told to call if anything was not to our expectations. Since there were 5 of us we had to wash towels and wash rags daily, only 7 towels and 6 wash rags available. Overall this is a great condo in a quiet convenient location and we would definitely return. Thanks for a memorable vacation.

Our experience in Sanibel 1705 was exceptional! The view from the balcony is spectacular, and the walk to the beach is quick & easy. The condo is beautiful, very comfortable, and had all that we needed to make our stay effortless. Dana is very easy to reach and replies quickly to any requests. We definitely recommend staying here. It was the most fun, relaxing vacation our family has had yet!!

An absolute dream! I just wished we could've stayed even longer! Sanibel 1705 suited our family of 6 perfectly! Plenty of beds & bathrooms & you can't beat the view! Close enough to shopping & restaurants, but far enough from the hustle & bustle. Loved reading the guestbook in the condo-very helpful. Having a washer/dryer in the condo was a life-saver! Dana was a dream to work with & we never encountered any issues. Thank you for such a wonderful experience-we cannot wait to return:-)

My new husband and I rented this condo for or wedding week. As soon as we arrived I was in love. The view is spectacular, the condo was beautiful and very clean. We had everything we needed. Dana was very helpful every step of the way. Several of my friends who came in for the wedding also stayed at spaniel but all said my condo was the nicest. We are all already planning our 1yr anniversary in gulf shores :)

The kids and I had a wonderful vacation. Your notes were helpful and the suggestions were right on. We lacked for nothing but plan to bring binoculars next time. The view is amazing. We loved Sanibel 1705 for our 1 week vacation with our 21 year old daughter and her 2 friends. They had their own bedroom and bath and we did too. Plenty of space for the 5 of us.
We loved the view of the ocean, and enjoyed happy hour on the balcony. The beach was clean and great fun.
Dana is a perfect owner/hostess and responds quickly to any problems. We stayed in one of her other Sanibel condos in 2009 and were glad to be able to book another unit this year. If we return to the area, we will definitely stay there again! -

Robin and Dana are awesome, they were so great to work with. The condo is amazing. We didnt want to come home. The place was spotless and there was plenty of room for us! We will be returning again next spring break for sure! I cant wait to be there again.

We stayed in this condo for our spring break trip to Gulf Shores - it was our first time to visit Gulf Shores and we absolutely loved it!!! The condo was perfect - 4 kids were on the trip and they loved their bunk beds and their own bedroom and bathroom - the view was every bit as amazing as described - the kitchen was perfect - everything was so well decorated and just felt like you were at home - the rolling beach cart was perfect - beach access was convenient - we could not have had a better time - definitely recommend this condo for a Gulf Shores getaway!!!

Wonderful, beautiful place to stay. Close to everything and really fantastic views. Rooms are spacious, decorated beautifully and kitchen is well stocked and everything is super clean! Plenty of stores to shop and so many restaurants to choose from. Robin and Dana are perfect to work with and very accomodating and friendly.

You have to see this condo to believe it! Trip advisor gave it raving reviews, so we had to try it. My wife and I celebrated our 19th wedding anniversary in Gulf Shores. We originally planned to go to New Orleans, but I'm glad we changed our minds. The condo's decorations are modern and classy. The tile floors were clean, rooms were well maintained, and the furniture was comfortable... especially the leather sofa in the living room. The beach view from the balcony is breath taking. There are no other high rise condos within close proximity to Sanibel, so enjoy your privacy! We plan on visiting again with our daughter in a few months. Robin and Dana, thanks for making our stay such a wonderful experience.

Sanibel 1705 was a wonderful place to stay! If you've never been to the beach in the Fall, it is an absolutely wonderful time of year to go. The condo was perfect - a little bit of a walk to get to the beach - but other than that, I have no complaints. The view is spectacular and sitting on the balcony at any time of the day is peaceful! Clean, spacious and close to the mall, restaurants, etc. We loved it!! Thanks again!

This is a beautifully decorated condo with a clear view of the beautiful, white beaches of Gulf Shores. It is beyond well-equipped with everything you could possibly need to feel at home. This was our second visit and hope to come again next fall!

Everything about this rental was easy-there were no surprises. It's a beautiful property, easy to rent. The owners are great to work with, everything we wanted was there, great accomodations (very comfy master bed), great view, easy beach access. Not to mention the blue angel fly by we got at 17th floor level while sitting in the living area. My advise-Just do it! You won't regret.

The condo was more than I expected. Very clean and well decorated, very spacious. Beds were comfortable and enough for 5 of us. The view was breathtaking especially at sundown and sunrise. Am planning on coming back next summer for another week.

From July 1st to the 5th, my mom took me and 3 friends to the Booth's condo. Gulf Shores is an absolute beautiful vacation destination, and Sannibel 1705 has a great view of the private beach across the street. Everything we saw was family friendly. Gulf Shores has a great selection of restaurants and souvenir shops, most of which are 3 miles away, so that the beach isn't too crowded near the condo.

My vacation began before I even opened the door. Standing outside my door, all I had to do was turn around to see one of the most beautiful sunsets I had ever seen. The sunset on the horizon released an orange- pink glow. Of course, I took many pictures of the sunset, for it was there every afternoon. When I walked into the condo I marveled at the quality and excellent condition it was in. It looked like it had just been painted only moments before, the furniture must have been brand new, and there was plenty of room and goodies waiting for me. One of my favorite things was the pure freshness of the air. I could smell the fresh, salty sea from there without even having to go out on the porch. (Which also has fantastic scenery over looking the beach). Miss Robin was very kind to check on me evey day and made absolute sure that I was comfortable and knew about all the things the condo offered, like: dishes, a goody basket, a cart which had all kind of beach toys, shade umbrellas, boogie boards, skim boards, and much more! The beds were comfortable and clean and the beach was fantastic! Not too cold, not too warm. My friends and I had a splendid time and I can't wait to come back again! :D

accomidations were greater than described. Rooms were large and very smartly decorated. Viev of the Gulf was great-At sunrise and sunset. Would recommend to anyone who loves to hear and see the Gulf of Mexico.

My best friend is the Booth's daughter, Caroline. Robin took Caroline, me, and 2 other friends down for 5 days, and it was absolutly wonderful. Gulf Shors has the prettiest sunsets I've ever seen, and the most positive atmosphere. This is a perfect get away for anyone. Couples, families, or friends. But being there with 3 other 14 year old girls was a blast. Sanibel 1705 has a full kitchen, dining area, family room, spacious balcony, washer/dryer, 2 bedrooms, and 2 1/2 baths. I'd say its a home away from home.

snibel 1705 was so beutiful it was as great as dana described /pic r excatly what u get its simply gorgouseright across from beach all the suggestions dana gave to do n see was great weenjoyed it so very much we r a big family w childere from teens to toddler an all enjoyed everything the gulfshores zoo was awesome,also a place we enjoyed was alligator ally which wasnt on the list but should be its very educational an fun im not big for vacations doto all the kids and like to b home but dana made it so easy n i felt so comfortable there like home ive been to tenn,myrtle beach,penn,ect but gulf shores at sanibel would have to b my favorite an will most definatly be wanting to come stay /visit again .thank you so uch dana for all your help an suggestions you made our family vacation easy an wonderful,also u thank you for being so fast at getting it all done with a personal touch .hoe to maybe be talkin with u agin in the near future .

This condo was great. It had an amazing view of the coast and lots of space. I greatly appreciated the balcony size; all 9 of my friends could easily lounge on the balcony. The extra bathroom in the hallway was a plus, also. The dining area was nicely furnished; very modern. I loved the colors and interior decorating skills. My friends often used the speakers in the living room, as well as the T.V. Although I slept on the fold-out couch with one of my friends, I got a good night's sleep. Overall, my experience at this condo was truly fantastic. Definitely coming back in the future!

Our group, swag, had the pleasure of staying at Sanibel 1705 for our retreat. The moment we entered and could see the breath taking view of the gulf through the balcony doors we knew this was going to be a great retreat. Everything was beautiful and clean. We were excited to see that the very hip decor was in our group colors of blue and brown. My sisterhood ministry (Sisters Working after God) came for our 1st retreat 'Fun in the Son.' We were 100% pleased with the condo!!! The looks on everyone's face when they arrived and saw nothing but blue water from the balcony was priceless. It was everything and more!!! It was the perfect place to getaway with great friends,and admire God's work. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a getaway home.

This condo is simply amazing. It was perfect for our family of 7. It was very clean & comfortable. The view is awesome from the front balcony, and the view out the back door isn't bad either. I rated the service as 5 star, but would give it a 10 if I could. During our stay, the a/C unit froze up. I called Robin, and she had a repairman there within the hour, who fixed the unit. Also, I let them know that the beach umbrella broke, the next day, we had a new one delivered to us. Dana & Robin are wonderful to work with. If you would like a worry free vacation in an amazing condo, look no further than this one.

Wow - the photos just don't even do it justice. This is a wonderful condo, much better than anything I've ever stayed at before. It was very large and we never felt crowded. Communications with Robin & Dana were easy and they were so helpful in helping us plan our trip. I can't wait to get back there and enjoy that view again. My jaw dropped when I walked in, just like they said it would. It was hard to ever leave the balcony. The lagoon behind us was beautiful and we loved having all the water views in every direction.
