In the coveted West Beach area of Gulf Shores which is not so crowded - yet close to everything! Nestled between TWO bodies of water, it feels like being on an island! You'll never fight for beach space. SLEEPS up to 6 - but max of 4 adults due to bunk beds, only 12 & under in bunks. If your dates are 2 weeks out or less, ask for last-minute discount! Draw out your inner Ooh-La-La -- at prices you can afford! Note our strong 5-star reviews. Guests love this condo for its 30-foot-wide WALL OF GLASS, floor-to-ceiling, for a view that takes your breath away. Listen to the waves, read a book, enjoy coffee or wine chats, and watch dolphins frolic as you relax on your private balcony the full width of the condo. A 9-mile long lagoon on the back side offers water views from bedrooms. Unit is much larger than most beach condos, main room ALONE is 600 sq ft! All flat-panel TVs, granite, new leather sectional 2022, fully loaded kitchen, SONOS speaker, FREE and FAST WI-FI INTERNET and Satelite TV. Stacking washer/dryer, spacious bathrooms with granite and dual sinks, fully equipped kitchen, rolling beach cart and rolling cooler, and the list goes on! SLEEPS 6 ~ 1 King in master ~ 1 Queen plus one set twin bunks in guest bedroom. Perfect for families, couples, friends - everyone loves this getaway. Fun, romance, and fellowship can all be had at Sanibel 1705. Memories you'll be talking about for years to come - long after the sunburn fades! LOCATION: 1524 West Beach Blvd, Gulf Shores, AL, zip 36542 - Gulf in front, Little Lagoon behind us for fishing, crabbing, sunsets with a nice boardwalk - the best of all worlds.~ Appx. 25 restaurants AND Super Wal-mart and Rouse's within a 5-minute drive, plus the zoo, putt-putt, Waterville Water & Amusement Park, souvenir shops, fishing pier - all close by. Lagoon behind us has small dock, plus a new 300-ft fishing pier just a few blocks down...great for fishing, crabbing, jet skis, etc.~ The PASS three blocks down connects the lagoon to the Gulf, has protected waters for swimming, skimming, or shallows for young swimmers.
