The kitchen is amazing and we loved staying here!! The ocean view was tremendous.
The only small drawback was that the living room furniture was a bit sparse & not super comfortable. But then, if the weather had been warmer over Xmas we wouldn't have been in that much. Overall we'd definately book this unit again. -

My sister and I recently spent 2 weeks at this condo on Indian Rocks Beach. The master bedroom with king bed was fantastic (according to my sister!) with walk-in closets, ensuite bathroom and walk out to patio overlooking the pool/beach. The kitchen was large with full size appliances, including washer/dryer. The second bathroom had 2 queen beds/tv and closet with bathroom right next to it. The balcony overlooked the beach, and was, by far the best view I've ever seen. We didn't miss a sunset! This place was top-notch.

Comfortable property, well furnished and plenty of 'standard' kitchen/dining items.
Appropriate price for the property.
Only issue we experienced was a group of teenagers took up occupancy above us the night before we were leaving and the noise, shouting, drinking and music went on all night. Fortunately we left the next day but this aspect, which is out of this particular apartments owners control, was a major issue and disappointment. -

Greenwood, INFantastic long awaited family vacation - and right on the beach!

Very pleased with the property! Building and grounds were very nicely kept. Furnishings were very nice yet comfortable. Directly overlooking the pool, which was nice for our family. The beach couldn't be any closer! This is a great area to be away from the hustle and bustle of Clearwater Beach yet close enough to enjoy all the activities. We had brought along some of our preferred kitchen essentials (just in case!), and surprisingly, never had to use them as everything was available in this well stocked kitchen. There were sand buckets and beach chairs and umbrellas as well. The supply of towels could have been better (5 people for 5 nights, only 6 towels, but washer and dryer in unit made that workable) Could have used another roll of toilet tissue in each bath - both ran out on the last night. The only issue we had at all with the place itself was the sliding door in the unit immediately above us - the tenants in that unit (a family of 8 I would say) must have opened and closed the door every 15 seconds throughout the day and the door is obviously in need of repair (or oil to cut down on the roller noise). That would certainly not deter us from returning, but after so long, it was definitely an annoyance to us all.
All things considered, this was a fantastic place to stay! My husband initially was dead set against staying in a condo, but he is sold now. We will definitely be returning!Response from Pinellas Vacation Rentals LLC - 08/22/2012

We had a very nice time ?my kids really enjoyed themselfs but the one problem we had was that there was a renter in another unit and she would call the sheriffs for everything.One example is the kids were at the pool at 3:00 and she called because she did not want noise around the pool because she was reading a book.this was one time of numerous calls over the whole week.we were able to have a nice time and want to rent again.

We loved the keyless entry and the condo was very accommodating to our family. The weather was mostly nice while there. We had originally located a condo down by Pier 60 but we are really glad they were overbooked and we found these condos at Hamilton House. We would like to make a suggestion as to bedding that was provided by changing to poly/cotton sheets. The sheets retained the body heat and did not make for pleasant sleeping for our family. The poly/cotton will allow the area to breathe so that it stays cooler. Other than that we are planning a return to the Hamilton House in the future! Hope this helps in your vacation planning! Our family had a great time!!
