This 2-bed room 2 bath first floor unit located just across the street from the beach in beautiful Indian Shores is perfect for the budget minded family.

Close to shopping & restaurants. Beautiful pool and barbeque area on the inter coastal water way. This unit has all the comforts of home. Internet access.

Indian Rocks Beach Rentals Indian Rocks Beach and Indian Shores is the next area that supports vacation rentals. Here you will find plenty of good restaurants and a few shops but expect to see more relaxed beach activities here. However, you can still get to Clearwater Beach for action with a short drive North. Most people who stay in Indian Rocks Beach are here to enjoy a relaxing, quiet beach vacation and just bask in the sun. For the folks who like to take long beach walks, this is the beach for you. From here you can walk five miles to the North or seven miles to the South without running out of sand. Redington Shores Vacation Rentals Before you get to Madeira Beach, there is Redington Shores, North Redington Beach and Redington Beach. All three beaches are very similar and have a good mix of residential and vacation rentals. Being a laid-back beach community like Indian Rocks Beach, it offers a more relaxing setting for your beach vacation. This again is the place you are going to want to go if you are looking for a nice quiet beach for sun-seeking and beach walks. From here, head south to Madeira Beach and Treasure Island to whet your appetite for more dynamic beach activities.

You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.

Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, June, July and Aug. One week minimum stay.

No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit

“Good location, nice pool”

Needs to be up-dated. Broken futons and t.v. cable is outdated. Have to travel to get keys, they need key pads.

this is one of the best condos we've ever stayed in and we've stayed in condos from the mountains of Colo. to the beaches of Florida.

How do damage deposits work?
