We were a group of 10 women who were here for a girlie weekend of relaxation and laughter and the house certainly lived up to our expectations. There was more than enough room and the open plan dining/kitchen was where we spent most of our time. Everything about the house was high quality and we appreciated the lovely touch of cake and bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. We are definitely looking at booking again next year.
Beautiful views from a fantastic property with a spacious hot tu

With the hills all around, and the impressive Ribblehead Viaduct nearby, this really is an amazing location. I was very impressed by the standard of decor, the level of comfort and the well equipped kitchen, not to mention the hot tub, open fire and pool table. We've already booked for next year.

7 girls descended on this beautiful converted barn for some R&R;!
The house has been done to a very high standard - it has a lovely homely feel to it - with breathtaking scenery.
On our second night we had a private chef come cook for us - a real treat. (White Rose Caterers!). Simply wonderful.
We were welcomed with a lovely homemade cake and wine.
The hosts who live on the working farm are great! They not only gave us a lift to and from the local pub but they joined in on our last night of fun at the house. They really are so welcoming.
There is nothing bad or negative to be said about this house or our stay at 3 Peaks Barn.
We will most certainly be going back.
Thoroughly recommend to a family or to a group of ladies that want a rural 'get away from it all'.
Enjoy - from 6 blondes & a brunette!
