Description

Main floor has fully furnished kitchen, bath, living room with full sized hide-a-bed and breakfast nook.

UPSTAIRS has 2 bedroom with shared bath, laundry facilities.

MASTER bedroom can be set up with either 2 twins or one King.

Secondary bedroom has three twins bunk beds and additional twin (not combinable. different elevations above sea level!)

Owner resides in basement.

Deck has bbq grille and overlooks greenbelt often frequented by moose and birds.

Close to great fishing, hiking, and scenery of God's country.

Centrally located on the Kenai Peninsula for easy access to Homer, Kenai, Seward, and the Russian River.

Owner resides on site for suggestions as what to do in area, book your fishing adventures, handle concerns immediately, run errands, (has been know to act as free tour guide or hiking of Kenai area and Seldovia) and see that you have a wonderful stay while visiting the Kenai Peninsula.

Let me help book your rental car at a reduced rate. 2021 is unique and few rental cars are available for June or July. 2 hours to Homer 2 hours 10 min to Seward 1 hour to great hiking trails. 10-20 minutes to great fishing

If using hide-a-bed in living room please advise owner, so he will avoid that area during sleep hours.

House was nice. Quiet neighborhood. Centrally located to shopping, fishing, and the rest of the peninsula. We will be back!
